When your car breaks down you expect to feel down and hopeless, yet Derrick did everything in his will to make me feel encouraged. He went out of his way to offer help. He took the time to ask what was wrong and what happened. I could tell it was the end of his shift and he could have hurried to get the job done, but he didn’t. This kind of guy I would build a company with. I hope he is appreciated and taken care of, because I can tell he is an asset in a work that can be hard when dealing with the public. This guy deserves all the good things to happened to him!!
