  Good luck if your car is damaged. Expect to get the complete runaround and zero effort from staff to address the issue.

  Love how my factory front emblem got knock off from their roller. It was found in the track with the brackets on the back broken. Great customer service though. Sucks cause i really liked this car wash.

  Had my mind set on getting the $45 per month Platinum membership and told the associate when I pulled up. Truck before me made it through the gate then the arm would not come down and the touch screen was stuck on the Thank You screen. Young man tried to fix it and could not. Said I could pull through and get a free Platinum wash, then drive back through to set up the monthly membership. Then the owner or manager came out and tinkered with the arm and still could not make it work. He told me to pull off the emergency left exit and get back in line! No free wash as originally promised. The owner or manager gets ONE star! I went to Wash Masters and got a monthly membership. Great call cheap owner/manager. You lost my business AND earned an honest review. You must be better moving forward.
