  I brought my car in because it went into limp mode and they diagnosed dirty fuel injectors as an electrical problem. Charged me 600 and gave the car back to me with nothing changed, still in limp mode, and was told by David "there's nothing more we can do to help you" because they thought that were was a problem with the pcm since their wiring "fix" didnt change anything. I brought it straight from their shop to the honda dealership down the loop and Honda immediately diagnosed it as dirty fuel injectors... West Texas Automotive took around 6 business days to misdiagnose and fix the "electrical" issue they found (not convinced they ever found anything) Everything about my experience with this shop from the quality of the work - the time it took to get the work done - and the customer service i got during all of this... was shit. They also charge 30$ more for a diag fee than the "stealership" does. WTA charges 180 honda charges 150. The pictures are meant to show my first receipt from WTA and the next shows my mileage and the work i got done at the honda dealership. Proving i took the car straight there from West Texas Automotive. The final picture of the odometer is to show that ive driven 3000 miles since then and ive had no issues - proving that honda diagnosed my car correctly and west texas automotive diagnosed my car incorrectly and still made ME pay 600 for their mistake. Awful shop, awful technicians, awful front desk workers.

  Amazing service! Took my Escalade for repairs and after that I took my GMC 2500 Diesel for repairs. Definitely recommend, great staff, great technicians and overall a great company, 100% recommend. They won my service!

  Took my car in because it was having issues with fuel pump, I knew what the issue is so I told them exactly what was wrong with the car and needed an estimate on how much it would cost to open engine up and replace cam. Well still charged me nearly 500 dollars for diagnostic. Fine they gave me an estimate of 4,500.00 steep for me at the moment so I told them I was going to pick it up. I picked up the next day and luckily made it home but as a soon as I get home I had puddles of gas in my drive way where they did not reconnect the fuel line or fuel censor on the fuel pump. Im lucky I made it home with it spilling fuel out of that line and surprised I made it home with the line not connected. This is the problem with west Texas the service sucks almost everywhere. People out here just don’t give a damn anymore. After reading their reviews I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and still did garbage work. Read the reviews, trust the reviews they will not steer you wrong. Need good machanic work go outside of west Texas. As far as WTA garbage. Yall got my contact if you have an issue with my comment.

  Got a quote, they got he job done. Could work on their communication to inform the client after the initial time they themselves said was past but overall would use them again for stuff that I cannot do myself. About $2500 for an AC replacement (compressor, condenser, expansion valve, serpentine belt, vacuum and recharge)
