- JRJuan Ramirez5 days ago5.0We were at Valvoline for two oil changes. My wife's large suv and my truck. I have visited Valvoline before in Odessa and thoroughly liked the experience there. However, these guys in Midland off of Loop 250 provided superior services. They are efficient, accurate, and communication in explaining every step of the way was genuine and very thorough. I will be coming back to this location again as we were satisfied with the maintenance on both vehicles. Thanks Robert and others involved in our oil change on both vehicles.

On my other vehicle I get 2 oil changes for “free” after purchasing it new so it’s been a while since paying for one. Nothing personal to the nice and courteous people who changed the oil but I actually called dealership and they are less expensive and they will take you and pick you back up in their courtesy vehicle too ! So my only complaint is the cost not the people or the work they did..

I reached out to the shop think maybe the filter came loose. They sent a tech over to make sure it was good no charge. I just wanted to give a big shout out to this place for their professionalism. And even though it was not an oil leak they came out and made sure.
