Emmitt and Rosa was doing a great job making sure to make sure he was verbalizing the procedure so no mistakes were made. They never tried to upsale me, Emmitt explained what was available and was never pushy. Will definitely be my go to place. Emmitt, Rosa and the rest, great job

They are quick they talk to each other there are procedures in place that you can tell are being utilized. I am usually in and out of there in about 15 minutes. Their team is quick and they know what they're doing which is very helpful. They don't try to sell you extra things unless they're truly needed . I asked about my air filter and he showed it to me. He said you could change it but what will be fine until my next oil change. I appreciate the service they provide and the professionalism as well as being kind.

He was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, he informed me for the first time ever since going to Valvoline about an air filter inside my car and when we saw it and the condition it was in you could tell it hadn’t been changed ever and after he put the new one in my air performance was 100 times better. It’s the little things that matter. The best customer service I’ve ever had! Ask for him when you go to the one in Midland Drive in Midland Texas and I hope Valvoline keeps him around a long time. Give him a raise!!! The only thing was the cost was a little high!
