  We got a synthetic oil change for our 2017 Yukon Denali XL. Friendly and efficient team got us in and out. No high pressure just information and options. Price was reasonable and Made it worthwhile to not buy the supplies and do it myself. Bonus: they provide a coupon right on their website.

  Went to Take5, after sitting in a bay for 20 min w/out being touched I left and went to Vavoline. Where I normally always go, I was in and out in 10 min flat, I was communicated to the entire time and they went above and beyond and checked my lights, signals and break lights etc... love love love vavoline!!!

  While the technician and manager were very kind: My vehicle who has never presented any sort of issues broke down just hours after my oil change. 10 different codes - One of the technicians failed to screw in multiple filter screws and my engine bay was left a mess as well. I brought my vehicle the next day after filing a claim and they attempted to fix the issue. Needless to say it did not work and i was then sent to another technicians Mechanic- I was assured the issue would be fixed ( he just plugged in his diagnostics and basically cleared the codes) a mile down the road all those codes came back- decided to take it to Christian brothers where the wonderful mechanic there identified the issues and recommended me to go to Honda as i may have had some things under warranty. Honda official diagnosis was Turbocharger was shot as well as my oil drain plug was stripped. So my car was leaking oil up to this point too. Turns out there was also 2 additional vehicles from Valvoline also at the dealership experiencing issues too. And now i am still experiencing issues to this day 7/9/26 and had to call customer service again this morning. The amount of stress and loss of work having to deal with all of this while also losing my reliable vehicle being in my third trimester has been insurmountable. Again the technicians and manager at this location were very nice. But after what I've had to go through the past 2 weeks/what 3 different mechanics at 3 different locations told me and the out of pocket expenses etc I no longer recommend them.

  Great service and assistance provided by Mr. Luis and his team. Mr. Luis took the time to thoroughly review all the inspection items and explained the available maintenance options to help keep my vehicle in excellent condition and up to date with its service schedule. I truly appreciate the professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care shown throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend Mr. Luis and his team to anyone looking for reliable vehicle service, and I will certainly return for my next maintenance appointment at this location.
