Querían que yo aceptara que mi carro había llegado con daños para librase de responsabilidad. También me escribieron en la orden en inglés que mi carro estaba dañado antes de mi llegada al taller, lo cual no acepté. Le hicieron un arreglo que supuestamente era para toda la vida y cuando llegue a casa ya no servía lo que hicieron. Ese se encuentra en Midland Texas. Por haber reclamado mis derechos me vandalizaron mi carro, me pintaron con pintura permanente el emblema de mi carro.

I visited on 8/4/26 and I was pleasantly surprised at the improved change from my last visit on 7/4/25. Tyson, Miss Kim and Dylan rendered (in my opinion) “over the top” customer service. Questioning Dylan regarding engine coolant, he explained the difference in coolant colors and saved me from putting in the wrong coolant, took the time to do so, while the line of waiting cars grew. The shop was busy, but Dylan took the time to answer questions regarding engine air filters and back checking all work done to my satisfaction. He did this while overseeing several other vehicles being serviced. Miss Kim, what can I say. She knows her stuff and keeps an eye out for anything under the hood that does not meet her standards. This time around, I can truthfully say: "Great Customer Service."
