  I had to actually go to the shop for my windshield because my windshield had to be re calibrated after the repair. The waiting room was very clean and spacious made my wait relaxing.

  Very disappointed with this company. They replaced the windshield on our 2022 Kia Carnival about two months ago, and we have had multiple issues since then. During the replacement, they broke the rearview mirror cover and told us they would fix it. Two months later, it still has not been fixed, and they cannot provide proof that the parts were ever ordered. After that, we took the vehicle on a long road trip, and a piece that protects the outside of the car came loose and fell off while we were driving. They again said they would fix it, but nothing has been done. At this point, we are still waiting with no resolution and no confirmation that any replacement parts have been ordered. I will be contacting Progressive to explain the situation, and I will likely have to take the vehicle to another shop to get everything repaired properly. Progressive should reconsider keeping this company on their approved windshield repair list.

  Doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not. They’ll service somebody else first and make you wait. Made my appointment and arrived on time just to being told somebody got here first and I have to wait 40 minutes to get serviced. Also, quotes online are not real, it’s higher when you get here.

  On a small chip repair, the Technician spent more time telling me the repair would probably Crack the windshield while doing the repair or after the repair was done. After completed, you can't even tell there was a repair. The small Crack is still very visible

  Me dejo mucha basura y tierra creo una persona cuando hace un trabajo deve de limpiar su área de trabajo y dejar todo en orden y yo se que talvez es difícil trabajar afuera pero si andar traspirando no debes de dejar tu área limpia y retirar la basura 🚮 generada y entregar tu vehículo lo mas bien que se pueda para dejar un buena presentación de tu trabajo y acomodar las cosas e intentar todo como debe de ser 😔😔😔😔
