  Casey and David at the Safelite location on Hwy 191 in Midland, TX were especially helpful this past Fri-Sat 10/9-10/2026. We were visiting family in Midland. On our way from Dallas a rock chipped the windshield on our ‘23 Kia Sorento and the crack ran across half of it. I checked with my State Farm agent. I had coverage & they recommended Safelite. I called the 800 number after trying to schedule an appointment to replace the windshield before we had to return to Dallas. Customer Service on the 800 line connected me to Casey. I explained my problem and she needed to check to see if my replacement windshield was in stock. As promised, Casey called back in 2 hrs with confirmation her store could replace my windshield on Sat. We needed to leave it and pick it up after hours. Casey arranged to have it available after hrs on Sat. I called & talked to David on Sat and he confirmed all arrangements I made with Casey were done. On Sat night at 11pm I was able to pick up our Sorento and drive back to Dallas Sun AM. All technology was working correctly on the drive back. Big fan of the customer service Casey and David (and unknown Safelite technicians in the bays) I got at the Hwy 191 location in Midland.

  Everybody was real nice. It was an easy job, just had the. Rear glass replaced and my prius. But now, every time I open and close my hatch, I can hear something rolling around app inside there, it's kind of irritating other than that, theydid a pretty good job.

  BUYER BEWARE! Took in my wife's 2023 Toyota Tundra in for a windshield replacement. When the job was done, I was told by the guy who did the work he had broken the NEW windshield while installing it. I also noticed the painted metal trim that holds the plastic and rubber shield against the windshield has been damaged by a blunt bladed tool to remove the trim. I also noticed the rubber side cowl cover was completely missing. I went to complain about this. I was showed pictures of the "before work was done". Sure enough, their pics showed that damage and missing side cowl cover missing. I guarantee that they deleted the REAL "before work" pics and after the damage was done, took a pics of that as the "before work" pics. I can not prove this or a lawsuit would be headed their way. Not only is Safelite incompetent, they are also very dishonest. I went in with a broken windshield and left with a newer broken windshield and more damages. Again, BUYER BEWARE!

  My technician was so friendly and did such a great job. He didn’t leave a mess and put everything back in its place. I’d use them again and again.

  Fantastic experience! The team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. The quality of the glass installation was perfect, and the customer service exceeded expectations from drop-off to pickup. Highly recommend this location for their great work and friendly staff.
