  I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent rental experience. As a Platinum member, I have come to expect a much higher level of service than what I have experienced during this situation. After getting a flat tire on my original rental, I had to have the vehicle towed and make my way to the airport location to obtain a replacement. At that time, the only vehicle available was a minivan. Although I was unhappy with receiving a minivan, I accepted it because the representative assured me that I would be able to return the following day and exchange it for a more suitable vehicle since they expected to have many more cars available. I returned today as instructed, only to be offered a Mitsubishi Mirage, which would have been an even greater downgrade. Unfortunately, this ended up being a waste of my time, and I left without a reasonable solution. In addition, the minivan I was given is a Canadian-spec vehicle (Canadian plates), with the dashboard and speedometer displayed in kilometers rather than miles. This has been inconvenient while driving in, and the minivan also consumes significantly more fuel than the vehicle class I originally rented. I am driving back to El Paso tomorrow, and I am extremely unhappy with how this situation has been handled. I relied on the information provided by your representative, only to find that the promised vehicle exchange was not possible. The staff at the location advised me to contact your customer service team directly. I would appreciate you reviewing this situation and providing an appropriate resolution.   I seem to always get my vehicle and there is someone available to assist. Having someone available to to give you your vehicle at late or early hours is the game changer.

  National is really convenient, but sometimes they are deceiving, like when they say they are sold out when they aren't. Like I tried to reserve a four day rental in Midland,TX, but it says they're sold out. But when I tried to reserve it for 2 weeks, cars suddenly became available. I thought being a loyal customer with an Executive Elite tier would mean something, but it doesn't.

  To start with my night was already going bad because of a rental that broke down on the highway and was left to sit there for four hours because of enterprise Breakdown they sent me to the national at the airport to get a replacement. Said I was guaranteed one myself in the Flatbed driver went in and there was a middle-aged woman sitting there. I told her who I was no we ain’t got no cars for you. As she cut me off in mid sentence and wanted to argue with me about it, another gentleman came out. I think he was Asian awesome guy top-notch he took over and looked it up and went right back. There grabbed me a car with no hesitation as she turned around and just put her earbuds back in my tow truck driver told me about that facility and said that may happen that he’s had issues with her also, if she does not like her job, maybe she needs to find a different career because being rude to customers and dismissive is not a good face for Enterprise and national car rental again thank you to the guy that stepped up and got me a car right away. This happened last night.
