  To start with my night was already going bad because of a rental that broke down on the highway and was left to sit there for four hours because of enterprise Breakdown they sent me to the national at the airport to get a replacement. Said I was guaranteed one myself in the Flatbed driver went in and there was a middle-aged woman sitting there. I told her who I was no we ain’t got no cars for you. As she cut me off in mid sentence and wanted to argue with me about it, another gentleman came out. I think he was Asian awesome guy top-notch he took over and looked it up and went right back. There grabbed me a car with no hesitation as she turned around and just put her earbuds back in my tow truck driver told me about that facility and said that may happen that he’s had issues with her also, if she does not like her job, maybe she needs to find a different career because being rude to customers and dismissive is not a good face for Enterprise and national car rental again thank you to the guy that stepped up and got me a car right away. This happened last night.

  Easy in and out, Annessa upgraded me when I picked up the car and gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) took time to print out a receipt I asked for in addition to email receipt at turn in! Great folks, I will definitely use National on my next trip to Midland!

  Five-star service from Rob at National Car Rental at Midland Odessa Airport! As a Platinum member, I travel and rent cars often, and I rarely experience customer service at this level. Rob was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He made the whole process seamless and stress-free, and his positive attitude really stood out

  National Car Rental is beyond spactular in customer service. Jamal, JJ, and Deigo were professional and knowledgeable about the products they rent. Definitely recommend and will rent additional items from National Car Rental 🚗

  I travel regularly for work and National is always the easiest and most pleasant experience. Except apparently for the branch in Midland, Texas. From the start Anessa refused to remove her headphones, was condescending, rude, and generally unpleasant. And it appears I’m not the only one to have this experience. The car was also dirty and in disrepair.
