- AAAmberAug 5, 20262.0Waste of our time. Called ahead of time to ask about some tires and got a quote then was told to bring it in. Brought it in and they messed up and put the wrong tires on my truck. Said they didn’t have any others in store and would be coming the next day. Next day comes and they say it will be ready by noon. Noon comes and they said tires haven’t arrived yet and wanted us to keep the wrong tires and they’ll charge us for those instead of the ones we asked for. I haven’t had a truck for two days and they don’t even communicate with me to let me know the tires hadn’t arrived yet. Making me waste time leaving work to go check on my truck.
