  App said plenty of cars available. Show up and none to be had for 5 days. The clerks were completely unwilling to help, just said good luck. Complete trash.

  Enterprise never disappoints me I will forever get a rental from here. I don’t have much else to say the prices are always fair most the times they are better than fair they are really good I’m surprised at how little I have to pay compared to the vast competition they have. Enterprise has the best vehicles, always clean! Always well maintained and the customer service is always amazing every employee I ran into from multiple states I have been in are always so helpful and seem to really love their job. I will always choose them as my go to rental spot.

  Never get a vehicle from enterprise here. They won’t show up and will make National do it. And then because of this there will be a line as long as the airport here. IF they even have a vehicle after this line anyways. Worst place and experience. I probably will no longer ever be using enterprise for work because of this one place.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I was in a hotel ready to drive home next day. Enterprise called at 6pm while I was at dinner to inform me they had no car the next day. They close at 5:30. I call back and was told they were closed. Next day they tell me they expect no cars the whole day. I'm in a hotel facing 15hr drive home. They expected me to accommodate them and I guess stay in a hotel till they had a car. Doubling or tripling my expenses. 10 people were ahead of me so who knows when I would get a car. My ex drove me 2hrs away from home and I got a car there. 15hr drive turned into 17hrs and I was delayed 6 hours. Avoid Enterprise at all costs and I will dispute charges if I find they led to extra expenses.

  I own a business and i flew a couple out to Midland, Tx to interview for and had a reservation scheduled for them to make life easy. The manager at this location Anesa* was extremely rude and hung up on me 3 times. She also directed her assistant not to help the renter of vehicle due to a "crack" in the coating of his driver license. This location literally left 2 nice people standing at the airport without a place to go with all their luggage and no mode of transportation. I would not recommend this location. Enterprise you can do better and hire better employees.
