  Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. When we landed at the airport from NJ, there was a slight delay waiting for our car to be ready. Without asking, the staff provided me an upgraded vehicle and slight discount on my final bill. Southern hospitality at its best!

  I have used this Enterprise for the past 2 years and a half when I travel to west Texas for work. The service has been pretty good for the most part. But this last visit was horrible experience. Had to wait about 15 minutes before I was given my reserved rental vehicle. Then the vehicle was dirty and Enterprise only apologized for it being dirty but didn't try to remedy the situation in any way. Looks like I won't be using this Enterprise in my West Texas business travel any more.

  Been using Enterprise for sometime now. Last to rentals at airport location we’re very disappointing. Both times when I went to pick up they didn’t have the size we reserved. So began calling and driving around town to find a vehicle. One time found a vehicle at other location, second time unable to find one at other locations return to airport and luckily they had one after three hours of driving around and call locations to locate one. Vehicle had a bad shake at speeds over 70mph(felt like tires out of balance). Customer service said we could return it but after the running around and already loaded vehicle with family and gear just decided to keep speed below shake limit. After reservations with airport location no able to hold reservation will not be using this location for future rentals.

  App said plenty of cars available. Show up and none to be had for 5 days. The clerks were completely unwilling to help, just said good luck. Complete trash.

  Enterprise never disappoints me I will forever get a rental from here. I don’t have much else to say the prices are always fair most the times they are better than fair they are really good I’m surprised at how little I have to pay compared to the vast competition they have. Enterprise has the best vehicles, always clean! Always well maintained and the customer service is always amazing every employee I ran into from multiple states I have been in are always so helpful and seem to really love their job. I will always choose them as my go to rental spot.
