  Made reservation online. After being in a wreck, I needed to get back home. I didn’t re-check all the boxes so they wanted $200 to change the location of return. I declined and will return to Midland. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and fast!

  Called a couple of days ago because I needed a rental due to a break down and someone to pick me up. Apparently they have a 10 mile radius for pick up. I was 10 3/4 miles and I was told sorry that 10 miles was the limit. Are you kidding me? Even the other rental company I called was shocked. Not to mention the people in the business I was waiting at. I have deleted my app and will not use Enterprise anymore for any reason, and I sure as hell won’t give my money to a company that won’t go a little extra for a customer. It’s not like I asked them to drive another 5 miles or anything.

  Friendly staff, always willing to help! You won't regret choosing this office. Much easier to deal with than the airport, in my opinion!

  I received excellent service and guidance from your female associate who handled my rental during pickup and return. She was very kind, thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you to her and Enterprise.
