  I am specifically making this a 2 star because I know companies are notorious for taking down 1 star reviews. Insurance had setup a rental through them and both the insurance and this location called us the day before. My wife showed up the next morning for the car and the manager was rude and told her that we didn't have an appointment and we were not getting car. He was arrogant and condescending to her. When asked why, he stated that their employee did not leave any notes about us coming so it was on us. When I tried to call back, the staff keep dodging on giving his name up, which is evidence of the character of this establishment. I also had another female employee claim to be the manager when I asked for the manager and also did not give me the name of the employee/manager that I originally talked to. Nobody would give a name and acted very cowardly, allowing him to cower behind the employees. ENTERPRISE, get ahold of this location!!!

  I rented a car back in June and had no issues with paying with a debit card. Nothing regarding documentation was asked. Today I needed to rent a car for a government appointment, and the process went well until the desk. I was asked to present a paycheck stub with my current employer and current address, as well as a utility bill with my name and address. The renter's agreement does not count, and while I pay bills, it is under my husband's name. No cash is accepted in lieu of payment either. Be aware of their current policies regarding payments, and this can cause you to walk away, as we unfortunately had to do.

  Went in to rent a car after my GMC truck broke down again. The lady of the desk was very helpful and let me know that GM will not pay for the rental unless it was a GM product and they did not have one available. They sent me to a different location.

  Had a reservation at a location they no longer had a car avaliable transferred me to airport location who doesnt accept debit cards without a flight ticket. No point in a reservation they will not honor it! Spent 2 days and several hours on the phone trying to get some type a vehicle. Thank you so much Enterprise for leaving my family and I stranded
