  I’m extremely disappointed with how this reservation was handled. My insurance company arranged and reserved a four-door sedan for me, so I arrived expecting the vehicle that had already been requested and confirmed. Instead, your staff seemed completely unaware of the reservation and tried to give me a minivan. The fact that the reservation was already made and your team still wasn’t prepared with the correct vehicle is incredibly unprofessional and reflects a serious lack of organization and communication. I shouldn’t have to arrive at a location and explain what vehicle was reserved for me when the reservation was already made through my insurance company. If you were unable to provide the requested vehicle, that should have been communicated, rather than wasting my time and putting me in the position of having to correct an issue that was entirely on your end. This was a very poor first impression, and frankly, the situation made your company look completely disorganized. I expect better coordination when a vehicle has been reserved in advance.

  The entire rental process was excellent. My advice is to google the location closest to you so you will get a rental at the location closest to you. My rental location was about 10 miles farther than the location closest to me.
