On October 14, I witnessed Mr. Parker demand to skip the waiting list and insist that the receptionist call her supervisor. Despite several people being ahead of him, management instructed the employee to prioritize him. I'm leaving this review on behalf of everyone who was treated as less important simply because they were respectful and waited their turn. It's disappointing to see management reward an entitled person while disregarding those who follow the rules. We all have places to be at and its sad to see one person was priotized over everyone else.

Renting from Alamo was very quick and easy. The vehicle was clean, and had no mechanical issues while renting. Counter staff were very friendly and helpful, both picking up the vehicle & returning it Richard J
