  I went to Mike Terry against my better judgement. I had read/heard so many negative comments about them, I was adamant I would never buy from him. When my car bit the dust, a friend of mine picked e up to go car shopping. When I asked her, where were we going she said to Mike Terry. I told her I did not want to go there due to previous comments I had read. She insisted we go and we did. I haven’t had a lot of experience with car dealerships, so I didn’t know really what to expect. My expectations were certainly not what I received. Every staff person that walked by us stopped and spoke. I was very surprised at how we were treated. I’m not sure what the negative reviews people have left in the past experienced but they treated me like I was the only customer they’ve ever had. I started thinking they were gonna roll out the red carpet for me. I was not pressured in any form or fashion and that meant a lot to me. Eva and Chris were so patient and we’re willing to work with me and help me find the right vehicle for me. If you have been thinking about getting a different vehicle, new or used, I would recommend 100% to go visit Mike Terry. If you have previously had an experience that you were not satisfied with, I would recommend 100% that you go and give them a second chance. They were absolutely amazing and I am so happy with my new car.Thank you, Eva, Chris and Mike Terry!!!

  Went to look at cars today, I was so stressed out and nervous. But Eva and Chris were NOT letting me leave without a car I wanted. They were so patient with me, so caring and so kind. They helped me get into a great vehicle. I highly recommend this place! 10/10. I definitely stressed them out many times but they still cared more than any other dealership I’ve ever walked into!
