  5.0 plus, I’ve been to several dealerships, but never been treated with such respect and honesty like I was at Mike Terry Ford and Chevrolet. The new General Manager in my opinion has totally changed the atmosphere at Mike Terry, I’ve been there several times and the last two times I’ve been there was an off the chart experience. The General Manager Bill took a lot of his time to talk normal life with us and you can tell he is about taking care of the customer. Mr. Bill visited with us on every day life things. He was honest and that means everything when your car shopping. We felt so at home. My husband and I bought two automobiles. Our sales guy Brian and Deon are the best I’ve ever seen, both stayed well after hours and worked miracles for us. Even after we told them we could come back so they could go home, they chose to stay and work for us sharing everything they could do, or couldn’t do, but with the experience Brian and Deon have they both worked hard to get my husband the truck he wanted and thought he couldn’t get. Finance Manager Markeith was such a wonderful experience, not only was he down to earth, but he explained every detail on every piece of paper. The way he cared enough to make sure we were covered with the warranty we deserve was so incredible. Our family will never go to another Dealership again. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Brian, Deon, Markeiths and Mr. Bill’s customer service and dedication is off the chart and the best I’ve ever seen at any dealership. Like I said I visited and purchased a vehicle at Mike Terry before, it’s not the same Mr. Bill has improved Mike Terry Ford an Chevrolet totally different than my experience before. Everything is remarkable at Mike Terry because they care how your treated as a customer. They helped us get what we wanted and helped steer us so we didn’t waste money as well. I’m just blow away and could go on and on about this dealership. I’m so very impressed from start to finish. Thank you, Mr. Bill, Brian, Deon and Markeith were so happy you helped our family with honesty and integrity. We will always come back to Mike Terry after the experience we had. Thank you again.

  I was greeted as I entered the service department. Kristin, listened to the service I needed done and recommended a tire rotation and wash while there. Later she advised me of the condition of my cabin and air filter. I approved changing both. It was a great experience and enjoyed working with Kristin.

  I went to Mike Terry against my better judgement. I had read/heard so many negative comments about them, I was adamant I would never buy from him. When my car bit the dust, a friend of mine picked e up to go car shopping. When I asked her, where were we going she said to Mike Terry. I told her I did not want to go there due to previous comments I had read. She insisted we go and we did. I haven’t had a lot of experience with car dealerships, so I didn’t know really what to expect. My expectations were certainly not what I received. Every staff person that walked by us stopped and spoke. I was very surprised at how we were treated. I’m not sure what the negative reviews people have left in the past experienced but they treated me like I was the only customer they’ve ever had. I started thinking they were gonna roll out the red carpet for me. I was not pressured in any form or fashion and that meant a lot to me. Eva and Chris were so patient and we’re willing to work with me and help me find the right vehicle for me. If you have been thinking about getting a different vehicle, new or used, I would recommend 100% to go visit Mike Terry. If you have previously had an experience that you were not satisfied with, I would recommend 100% that you go and give them a second chance. They were absolutely amazing and I am so happy with my new car.Thank you, Eva, Chris and Mike Terry!!!

  Went to look at cars today, I was so stressed out and nervous. But Eva and Chris were NOT letting me leave without a car I wanted. They were so patient with me, so caring and so kind. They helped me get into a great vehicle. I highly recommend this place! 10/10. I definitely stressed them out many times but they still cared more than any other dealership I’ve ever walked into!
