  These guys were amazing. Stayed to their schedule and got everything done and made it so simple and quick. Were informative and helpful on all aspects of the windshield and repair.

  Three months and still waiting for them to fix my windshield. Two replacement both windshields were defective and yet I'm still waiting to get it fixed again. I wouldn't recommend them based off of my experience.

  Overall had a great experience with Safelite. Blane was on time to the appointment. That was nice not having to wait the whole time period they estimated for the technician to arrive. Blane was friendly and made the experience very stressful free, and I am happy with my new windshield and wipers.

  I had an appointment for them to replace my windshield and they didn’t arrive during the window I had needed and wasn’t able to get it replaced. I was able to get it rescheduled and Alex was fantastic the day of my appointment! He explained the aftercare and answered all my questions I had. Would recommend Alex!

  This store is not professional at all. Set appointment to have two vehicles repaired at my residence. They called the morning of the appointment and said they could not do one vehicle because of the age. Not a big deal. I set a date a week later to take the vehicle in to the physical location, which is a 45 minute drive from my house. The morning I was scheduled to drop the vehicle off, we had a difficult time starting the vehicle so I rescheduled for the next day which their website said they had 10 morning appointments available. Received a text and emailing saying the appointment had been rescheduled. The next day my son and I drove two vehicles, 45 minutes each way, to drop the one vehicle off. Once we arrived at 0830, which they said to be there prior to 0930, the lady at the front desk told me our appointment had been canceled by the Manager Chris. At no time did I receive a phone call or email saying it was canceled. She said there were no notes to why he canceled the appointment so she “tried to call him.” She advised he did not answer and we would have to come back another day to have the work done. It should be noted there were multiple technician in the work bay sitting on their phones and only one vehicle being worked on. The lady at the front desk then gave me a piece of paper with Chris’s phone number and email and she said to contact him. I tried to call the phone multiple times which an operator says he is not accepting calls, so I elected to email him. Well it’s been almost two weeks and have not received any responses from Chris. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A SMALL SHOP, where you will get treated with respect. This place is extremely unprofessional. I think the corporation needs to look at their professional people skills when promoting what they call a “manager.” All glass companies do the same thing Safelite does with insurance companies so go elsewhere. I will never use Safelite again.
