  My tire needed patched. I called, spoke with Robert and he answered every question I had. Once I arrived, they were very professional and attentive. There was a wait because I came late in the evening, but I had a very comfortable wait. 10/10 highly recommend.

  I called last minute to see if I could come in for an oil change and sure enough Robert told me to come on in. Got there 10 minutes later, walked right in and they were able to pull my truck into the bay for service. Mine you all of this happened 38 minutes before they closed! Great customer service!!

  Had a great experience at Mavis! Everyone was super polite, friendly, and helpful. They quickly figured out what was wrong with my tire and got it taken care of, so I was able to leave pretty quickly. I really appreciate how efficient and easy they made the whole process. Great service and I would definitely recommend them!

  I had a bad experience with Discount Tire when they did my alignment, and it ended up costing me a lot of money. Because of that, I was very nervous about taking my car somewhere else. As a woman, I was worried about being taken advantage of, but my experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes was completely different. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and informed about the expected wait time. The customer service was excellent, and Robert was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. I truly appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me or take advantage of me. If you're looking for trustworthy car service, I highly recommend checking out Mavis Tires & Brakes in Mesquite. They made the entire experience stress-free, and I'll definitely be returning.

  I brought my vehicle in because of a vibration at highway speeds and a clunking noise when starting to move from a stop. I paid approximately $1,800 and was told that all necessary repairs had been completed. However, after picking up my vehicle, the original problems remained and there was no improvement. What concerns me even more is that a component near the radiator was removed and not properly reinstalled. The bolts were left sitting on top of the engine instead of being secured in place. I discovered this while investigating a new noise coming from the engine bay and realized I had been driving the vehicle in this condition for three days. This is unacceptable from both a safety and workmanship standpoint. After spending this much money, I expected a proper diagnosis and a permanent repair. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
