  I had a great servicie today . I felt like a queen. Everything was done in such a way that I felt very confident that Shale and Juan were doing a fantastic job. They explained everything, topped off all fluids , and explained everything they were doing as they were doing it. I love this

  From the moment I pulled in. Professional customer service as if I showed up 30 mins after opening, nope. I showed up fifteen minutes before closing and these guys every last one of them that worked on Saturday 4/25/26 were awesome. I didn't just ask for an oil change, I decided to ask about the inspection and you know what the guy told me Stile if I remember it correct when he say it and pointed it out on his shirt, was that, "we take inspection until the last vehicle is out, around 6:15." Now you can't beat this, just professional and warm welcoming. I thought I was Jiffy Lubing, now that I've met these guy, I am. The best one I've gine to. I received an oil change,and all that comes with it, including checking the air in the tires and wiping off the windshield, and he spoke over, to remind the inspection guy that I am in line for an inspection just incase another customer comes in wanting an inspection, and it didn't take long. Thanks again guys, I really do appreciate the warm welcoming and professional environment you guys has create for each one of us, your customers.

  I pulled up to the red light in front of Jiffy lube. My children were in the backseat and wanted to say hello to the man standing out front. So I rolled down the windows and my children yelled hello. He was very friendly it turns out his name is Mr Will. After saying hello to my children he asked me where I go for my car services and I said Kwik kar. He said why don't you give us a shot. 4 days later here I am giving them a shot and I'm very happy with my experience I got a synthetic oil change wipers filters things like that. I'm happy to say that I will definitely be back for my next service. Thank you Mr Will for bringing me in the door!

  This is the second franchise I have dealt with run by Team Car Care and I believe it's heading for the same fate. CLOSED. The first franchise told me upon arrival that they didn't have the proper transmission fluid for a Honda Pilot AWD. While I was in the parking lot calling other Jiffy Lubes he came out and told me he could get it. The job was done and everything seemed fine until a few warmer days came this year and the transmission start shifting hard on occasion. It wasn't to big of a deal but it was obvious that they had put in the wrong fluid and the viscosity was not correct. With the original Jiffy Lube being closed, the District Manger, Curtis, directed me to this store to speak with Alberto. I was told I could bring the car in and they would do a fluid swap with the correct fluid. On my next day off I called to verify they had the fluid and check that Alberto was aware of the situation. It was Alberto's day off and the other employees didn't know anything about it. Everytime I called Alberto was at school, out sick, wouldn't be in until Friday when it was monday. I contacted Curtis again to verify that I could go in an not have a problem even though Alberto was never there. He said it would be, so I brought the car in my next day off. I called ahead to verify again and spoke with Antonio. He said he would call Alberto and call me back. He never called back. I went in and Antonio siad he had been instructed to refuse me service. I called Curtis, no answer, I called corperate and they couldn't get Curtis. After 30 minutes of waiting I got a call from Alberto. He said I took too long to bring the car in and so he was no longer going to do the service. We talked about how everytime I tried the employees didn't seem to know anything about it and I needed to talk to him, and yet he was never there. I ended up just leaving. Literally weeks wasted dealing with this so that Alberto could save a hundred bucks for his store. I hope it was worth it Alberto. I worked for Jiffy Lube in college and this is the type of thing that corporate looks at when they are shutting stores down. I still like Jiffy Lube but I reccomend you go to one NOT OWNED by Team Car Care.
