    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! Juan and Solo were amazing and provided excellent customer service. They took care of my oil change, changed my Freon, and even took the time to let me know that my tires needed to be replaced. I really appreciated how helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough they were. They made sure I knew what my car needed without making me feel pressured. Definitely recommend this location, and a huge thank you to Juan and Solo for taking such great care of me and my car!

    I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Felix, the manager. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and made sure I understood the recommendations without any pressure. It’s refreshing to receive such honest, attentive customer service. Felix clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. Because of him, the entire visit was quick, stress-free, and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service and highly recommend this Jiffy Lube. Thanks again, Felix, for going above and beyond!

    I am extremely disappointed with my son’s recent experience at this Jiffy Lube location. He brought his 2021 Dodge Charger in for an oil change, and left out paying over $330. He was told that he needed to have his coolant flush and exchanged and was charged at $159.99. The issue is that he did not request a coolant exchange, and we were not given a clear explanation that this service was being recommended or why it was necessary before it was performed. After reviewing the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule for his vehicle, I found that a coolant service is not listed as being due at this mileage. That raised serious concerns for me about whether this was a necessary service or an unnecessary upsell. I called the location to discuss my concerns. I spoke with Felix, who identified himself as a manager in training and said there was no manager available at the time. When I explained that I felt my son had been upsold on a service his vehicle did not require, Felix responded that they "can't make my son do anything." That response completely missed the point of my concern. I explained that my issue was not whether my son could refuse a service. My concern was that a service that was not due according to the vehicle's maintenance schedule was performed and charged without him fully understanding that it was an additional service and why it was supposedly necessary. Felix then suggested that the reason for the coolant service was the Texas heat and asphalt. That explanation did not provide me with confidence that the service was actually necessary for this particular vehicle at this particular mileage. Customers should be able to trust that recommended services are based on the manufacturer's maintenance requirements and the actual condition of the vehicle—not simply on an opportunity to add services to the bill. This experience has caused me to question whether I can trust this location to recommend only the services my family’s vehicles actually need. I hope management will review this transaction and provide a reasonable explanation for why this service was performed and charged.
