  My rating is based on the fact not that I bought a vehicle but on the service dept. This is a late post, as I had my will.Alignment done on april 4th, 2026. I had bought new tires after getting it from the dealership on a tuesday that week and nobody wanted to do the wheel alignment because of the ADAS system that the hyundai tucson has. I did not make an appointment but I did call ahead of time to make sure I can do a walk in as I was at another location doing other business and would not want to inconvenience an appointment i could not make. Upon arriving, I did let them know.I spoke with somebody and being saturday, I knew there were going to be backed up, so I already expected to wait. After receiving my vehicle, I noticed something was off.But I figured after a few miles this year, correct itself. Eventually, I ended up going back to the dealership, and that is when I learned that the technician that did, it was new to the department. But not new to the wheel alignment job. Meaning that the type of alignment machine used at this location and process was completely different than what he was used to.So he did the opposite of what should have been done.Luckily, I caught it in enough time to avoid any further damage. They did apologize for having me come back but did make seem as if they would charge to do it again even though this was their mistake. Eventually, the issue was corrected after they showed me the way it came in compared to how it left out.This time compared to the first time since they stated, they were not able to print out the paper copy customers get when they do wheel alignments. The reason I gave it the three stars was because of course of the inconvenience and considering that I paid the amount they charge here at the dealership compared to another shop because no other shop wanted to mess with the vehicle alignment

  Sadly Tanner and Michelle are liars and they send you deals that they don't honor. Had us drive over an hour and wasted 3 hours of our time only to wait for us to leave to tell us we needed something that wasnt required as part of the deal they offered. Another scam and sadly I cant get my time back so please dont waste yours (:

  Was told a car was available to come test drive but it wasn’t. sales manger was very nice and professional but I can’t say the same about anyone else at the dealership

  Una mala experiencia una señorita llamada Sara nos contactó diciendo que podría ayudarnos en lo que estábamos buscando le fuimos claros en lo que queríamos y su respuesta fue si y nos dijo unas cosas más que aprobamos con 0 down cosa que fuimos y era todo mentira y antes de eso le dije que fuera honesta porque no quisiera perder el tiempo por tema de trabajo llegamos al punto y la señorita sólo era la persona que hacía las citas le llamamos porque dijo que nos ayudaría nos contesta le explicamos lo que nos dijeron y nos cuelga mala atención y puras mentiras lo que dice

  I strongly advise people to avoid purchasing a car from this dealership. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I financed a 2024 Hyundai Tucson, and from the moment I received it, there was already damage—the back cover of the side mirror was broken. Before finalizing the purchase, the sales representative, Twanny, assured me it would be fixed within a couple of weeks. However, when I later scheduled an appointment for the repair, the service department told me there was no record or order for the part at all. Overall, this place feels very dishonest. I regret my purchase and truly feel misled. The car was not worth the price, especially considering the mileage and condition it was in. I feel completely taken advantage of.
