  I bought my car from them in 2016 and have had my car serviced from them since. Although I moved to Denton I used to always take it to them as they WERE honest. But now I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. I went to have my transmission fluid flushed and confirmed the price before going which was confirmed at 349 plus tax. I have had this done before as I do it every 30K miles. But this time when I went the rep says that since it's a dual clutch they need a special transmission fluid which is $450 for the fluid and $350 labor. I told the rep what about the other two times when they did but he didn't say anything about that, just the total will be $800. I took it to Van Hyundai and they did it at 349 plus tax. Good bye clay cooley as you will never see me again. PS: $450 for transmission fluid!! Are you trying to buy a barrel of it on my dime??

  I had a scheduled 11:30 a.m. service appointment at Clay Cooley Chevrolet on Buckner Blvd. and I-30. My service advisor, Natalie, was professional, courteous, and provided excellent customer service during check-in. She explained the process, walked us to the waiting area, and let us know the wait would be about two hours. Unfortunately, the service itself was very disappointing. I ended up spending nearly three hours at the dealership. After leaving, I immediately noticed my oil change reminder light was still on, and the old oil change sticker was still on my windshield. That makes me question whether the service was completed properly. I called the dealership as soon as I noticed the issue and left a message for Natalie, but I have not received a return call. I appreciate Natalie’s professionalism, but the overall experience fell far short of my expectations. Spending nearly three hours for an oil change only to leave with the oil light still on and the old service sticker still in place is unacceptable. I hope someone from Clay Cooley Chevrolet contacts me promptly to resolve this issue.

  The sales associate who helped us was Sloane Mares and she was an absolute sweetheart. She took my parents and I step by step on everything, wasn't pressuring and was actually very reassuring when we were working with her on finding a car. She’s not only very patient when answering questions but she’s clearly a hard worker who knows what she’s doing at this Clay Cooley. She made sure the process was quick and easy, any questions we had she had the answer for it. If you’re ever in need of a new car ask for Sloane she’ll do everything in her power to make sure you’re well taken care of.

  I recently purchased a 2025 hyundai Santa cruz XRT , I traded in my 2025 hyundai velociter.N! I received a great trade in value on my Veloster and got a great price for my XRT! Sales team Jaron (Preacher) and Michael, and sales manager David and all sales Mangers were 👍 😁 Highly recommen!

  I bought Hyundai sonata 2026 today ,Michael alba was absolutely outstanding throughout our entire car-buying experience.
