THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO TALK TO ANYONE IF YOU HAVE AN ISSSUE. CALL THE PHONE NUMBERS THEY GIVE YOU...NO ONE ANSWERS AND NO WAY TO LEAVE A VOICE MAIL. I HAVE CALLED OVER 30 TIMES FOR THEM CHARGING MY CARD WEEKS AFTER I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP AND NOT ONE TIME HAVE THEY ANSWERED. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO YOUR VEHICLE YOU CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE THAT CAN HELP YOU. THEY SUCK. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME THEN CALL ANY OF THE NUMBERS THAT THEY PROVIDE YOU AND SEE IF YOU CAN GET A HOLD OF ANYONE IN CHARGE, I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR MONTHS WITHOUT ANYONE PICKING UP THE PHONE.
