  I have never had a problem with a pilot unless it was connected to another gas station or business. Me and my husband have been on the road for 5 years and never had a problem buying one shower for him and myself. I’ve seen whole family’s go into the shower together. Well today one of the employees decided that after my husband paid that he would need to buy another shower for himself since I was already in the first shower, never had this been a rule or a problem. Proceeded to say how he’s the manager and that’s the rules at all the pilots he’s just enforcing them then he proceeded to take 15 min for the refund calling his actual manager and asking how to do the refund after claiming he was the manager. Then all of the children that are working there are coming up to the gig asking him what happened while they all go take about us behind the counter like we can’t see them. Very unprofessional behavior on all the staff. They need to just promote the shell that they are because they are not holding up pilot and flying j standards. Not to mention my husband needed to leave his credit card to shower even tho it was paid for already.

  This is a separately owned franchise not a real pilot so they " do things differently ". You co drive ? Too bad pay for 2 showers , on you want a shower ? Leave your i.d or credit card in exchange for a key ... dealing with this after a 16 hour drive and going 50 minutes in favor of this pilots directions is a complete bust . Now im waiting 15 mins plus for a refund .

  Most likely Everything was good but negative 🌟 to staff.... very very unprofessional including management...they treat you like your money dont worth nothing....PILOT Franchise pleaseeeeee give some customer training to this store...they move by their own rules...place is nice but staff seems they like to provoke drivers...

  2 stars cause it is clean but coffee and food are always nasty like they been there for days . Like they are to lazy to put up a new batch of coffee cmon ! And also the truck parking always smells like trash !! Trucks that haul trash always leave their trucks overnight and it smells super bad outside, the whole parking lot smh

  Very rude employees. I was in the restroom with my two daughters while my husband was waiting outside. An older male employee was standing between the men’s and women’s restrooms with a cleaning cart blocking access. As my daughter exited the restroom, my husband moved the cart so he could reach her. The employee immediately pushed the cart back aggressively and began arguing with my husband about moving it. If the restrooms were truly closed for cleaning, the employee should have first ensured that no customers were still inside before blocking the entrances. Instead, the situation was handled in an unprofessional and confrontational manner. There was no reason for the interaction to escalate the way it did. Very disappointing customer service experience.
