  Recently got a rental from here while my personal vehicle was under repair. The car I was provided was really nice and it was exceptionally clean. Customer service was 5 star. Entire experience from pick up to check in was super easy and not stressful at all. Will definitely use this Enterprise again if the need arises.

  1) vehicle not washed or properly detailed. 2) the key fob alert kept coming on that the key was left behind. Dinged for 5 minutes at every stop the vehicle made 3) vehicle would not start unless the key fob was in hand while pressing the start button. 4) there was musky odor. We had get air fresheners to eliminate some of the odor. 5) gas level at 1/4 tank. We had to call in and make sure it was noted.

  I was given the keys to my rental vehicle, only to find out later that the staff had handed me the **completely wrong key**. This is dangerous. Your staff's carelessness could have easily left me stranded at a gas stations miles away. Thankfully, I happened to pull over to get gas shortly after leaving. It was only then, at the pump, that I realized the key didn't work to start the vehicle properly. By sheer luck, this particular gas station wasn't too far from the Enterprise location, so I had to wait for an hour for someone to give me the right key to the vehicle. No reimbursement or discount, just a “sorry for the inconvenience” enterprise should hold itself to a much higher standard of accountability and detail. Handing a customer the wrong key is a massive safety oversight. For any future customers make sure you are given the right key before you leave the location

  I rented a van with this company and it turns out that they charged me toll charges and we had even left the hotel at the time that according to them we passed by the toll booth and did not pass by any toll booth, I checked on line the "ticket" and there's no information about this toll,they are pure lies just to charge the card credit card that I used for rent, be careful with these people I had to cancel my card to avoid more ghost charges. I will never rent here again
