  I traded in and purchased a new slightly used vehicle in may 2026 that previously had one owner and 1000 miles on it , before leaving the dealership there was issues with the tire sensor. I was advised to take it into an Lexus dealership where it could be fixed with no issue. When I took Car to get serviced it was not an easy fix. I had to pay 1500 out-of-pocket and was advised I would get a reimbursement. It has been a few months that the manager Carlos has been ignoring my calls and text and I still haven’t received any refund. This is poor service definitely would NOT recommend especially given the fact I drove 4 hours to this dealership and they refuse to call me back..

  We had such a great experience at Bert Ogden in Mercedes! Victor was our salesman, and he truly made the entire process seamless from beginning to end. He kept me updated every step of the way and was available to answer questions even outside of his normal office hours. Given what our family was going through at the time, Victor’s patience, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond meant more to us than he probably realizes. He truly was a blessing. Yesterday, we drove off in our 2024 Ford Escape ST, and we couldn’t be happier with our new vehicle! I also want to recognize Andres in Finance. He took the time to make sure we understood every detail of our loan and contract, including the benefits of paying the loan off sooner. We never felt rushed, and everything was clearly explained before we signed. Thank you, Victor, Andres, and the Bert Ogden team for making this such a positive experience for our family. If you’re looking for a vehicle, start here and ask for Victor! We highly recommend him!

  Well giving a two star is kind of a mixed emotion to be honest . Went back in July got the jeep my wife was wanting and couldn’t be happier on how we were taken care of. Month shortly after we went back to get the tundra of my choice and yes they helped us out with everything our sales person Jay was great. Couldn’t be happier doing business with them that I sent over a friend of mine and I was told we would get a referral check from them. It’s been two months to the day already they keep giving me the run around about the referral check. Not to mention they didn’t fill up the vehicles only left at half way.
