  I am very happy with my experience at Provision Automotive. I drive older trucks with one having 449k miles on it and 20 years old. It did not get that many miles and age and still running if I did not keep it well maintained. I am particular about where I will have my truck worked on. My engine was in need of replacement and I called and talked with Morgan about options. They were happy for me to have an re-manufactured engine of my choice delivered to their shop or use their preferred supplier, I went with their supplier. From drop off to pick up they were very polite, professional, and excellent communicators. I also had a list of sensors I wanted replaced, engine mounts, wire loom, and exhaust manifolds while they were replacing the engine, and all was done perfectly. They test drove it for 60 miles before I picked it up to check for leaks, and make sure it is running as it should. A couple of days later while driving it I had two minor issues with the installation, not the engine itself. I drove it to them the next day to be taken care of. Morgan and Trevor addressed the issues promptly by the next day. I certainly will be back to Provision the next time I am in need of some repair work and will recommend them to my friends and family.

  This was my first time at the shop and I am extremely happy I listened to my colleagues who recommended the shop to me. She has been using the shop for a while and told me I will love their services and she was absolutely right. A big thank you to Morgan who squeezed me in at the last minute. I did not have an appointment and they were booked for that day. Morgan and the team squeezed me in and my car was serviced as I needed it so badly. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, excellent staff with a great attitude and professionalism. This is a great place to take your car to for anyone who is looking for a place to take their car to. I live in Fate Texas and it is about an hour and a half away one way but that distance worth it as I am please with the services that I got. I will recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a great place to take their vehicle to. Oh did I mention their prices? That too is very reasonable. Thank you to all the staff and keep up with the great services that you provide your customers.

  The BEST mechanic experience I have ever had. Cant believe I didn’t know about these guys sooner. Grateful for Peter and Bud and the whole team! Seamless process—they gave me a concierge service to the local coffee shop where I worked during the day and then picked me up. Great convos, greater service, the greatest people. Cant recommend enough to the McKinney/Melissa for their fair prices, honest workmanship, and kindness.

  I feel to me that Provision Automotive is the most trusted auto repair shop in the area. And I have a lot cars over my life time and had the cars serviced at various auto repair shops in the area. I was impressed that the Owner took time out to draw on a board to explain in detail one of the issues that was going wrong with one of my cars. And the fact that they backup their repairs with a 36 Month or 36,000 Mile Nationwide Warranty.
