  Very knowledgeable and were able to get me in and out quickly. Great customer service and labor rates. I WILL definitely be bringing my 1999 Subaru Sambar TT1 Kei truck to them again if I need anything else done to it.

  Pathfinder needed radiator service. I had gotten two other estimates but was recently recommended to this shop by two close friends. Took it to the shop and was quite impressed. Clearly they were busy but nonetheless instantly was helped. Quick diagnosis and reasonable repair time. Thankful for the work done and great customer service. They called me to let me know the diagnosis and also provided the document electronically for review and approval. Will be back and will recommend!

  They had excellent service and communication. We took our Mercedes in for some repair and we are not disappointed with our results or treatment. If you need repair they are definitely worth the trip. I used another shop very close to them and will never use that shop again but Provision is great.

  Morgan is a nice dude, cares about the people who show up at the front desk, and makes it happen. Prices? Premium? Yeah more or less. But they don't cut corners with the parts or the choices of the replacements. If you're looking for the cheapest price in DFW, go somewhere else -- ask for refurbished resold used or aftermarket parts, and expect just that you'll get running. There's a time and a place for that. But if you want to pay a fair price although somewhat on the higher end but for good quality, Melissa local, and nice people, then this is a great place. Morgan, thanks man. I'll be back soon with my van. ✌️

  If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy mechanic, I highly recommend Provision Automotive. They recently serviced my Chevy Silverado with an oil change, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, their customer service was exceptional. Everyone was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s obvious they take pride in what they do, and their knowledge and quality of work are second to none. As someone who’s new to the area, finding a mechanic I can trust was important to me, and I truly feel like I found that with Provision Automotive. They’ve earned my business, and I’ll be bringing all of my vehicles to them for future maintenance and repairs. One thing that really stood out was that they also offer a concierge service and will even give you a ride home if needed, which is a huge convenience.
