  I usually go to the one in west Frisco but the one in McKinney is great as well. At every location the staff has always been so competent, helpful, and kind. Wish they had more locations further north.

  Beware! We went for a car wash and ended up with a subscription that we didn't order. To cancel it they said you needed to do an online form. They never responded to the online form. Trying to find their phone number online was very difficult. I finally found it and canceled it. They said we probably pushed the wrong button on the kiosk. But after we paid nobody offered us a window sticker or a membership number. This car wash is full of scam artists with predatory business practices. Beware. Unfortunately I am out money for the time they kept charging me and I was trying to figure out how to cancel it. Check your receipts!

  Took off the bird sht but Did NOT take anything else off. Vacuum is nice but for $24 per wash it definitely isn't worth it unless you have someone to wipe down vehicle and shine it after the wash!! Wish I could give 5 stars but unfortunately this barely pushes 2 stars. No pre-spray wash beforw entering the wash either.
