  Closing at 6:30 now? Use to be till 8. Very sad guys. I work till 6, sometimes till 7. I guess I need new car wash, that’s work late.But thanks anyway 🙏 u were my car wash for almost a year.

  I had such an unexpectedly great experience today at Zip’s Car Wash on Stacy Road in McKinney, and I really want to shout out zack and shaun for making my whole day better. I pulled in needing a wash before going out to drive, and honestly it’s been a rough time lately. It was over 100 degrees outside, I was sweating even with the AC blasting, and I wasn’t sure if I’d even be able to get a deal or use the app. But zack greeted me with the calmest, friendliest energy like the heat didn’t even exist. He walked me through the app step by step, answered every question, and never once made me feel rushed. He was genuinely kind, patient, and just had this optimistic vibe that I really needed today. Then when I pulled around to get onto the track, shaun guided me in with the biggest, most sincere smile I’ve ever seen at a car wash. His energy was so good I actually rolled my window down just to ask his name. You could feel how much he enjoys what he does, and it honestly lifted my mood instantly. Both of these guys showed real kindness and real joy in helping people, and that’s rare. My car looks better than brand new, and I’m heading out to drive feeling a whole lot more hopeful than I did when I pulled in. Huge thank you to zack and shaun — y’all made my day and y’all are the type of people who made a difference!

  Great car wash. Well kept and gets the job done! Jacob didn’t push a membership too hard, and I ended up signing up anyway.

  Only issue is there tunnels do not remove bugs and grime the way Bucees and other tunnels do. They need to scrub the grill the way Rockwal scrubs the rear. I still have grime after every wash. And I wash at least 2× weekly.
