  I came in for the first time the other day. I was very delighted to meet Brant and Aldo. They were very helpful with the entire process. It was refreshing to see their great energy and positive attitudes even throughout the 100°+ weather. Thank you for making signing up for a membership so easy and fast. 10/10 recommend.

  Figured we’d take our 10-month old for her very first car wash experience. Instead got scammed by the employee outside taking our order. Went a couple weeks ago on 8/9 and the guy told us there was a special for the $24 wash discounted to $18. He even showed me on the tablet the $18 discounted price on that selected wash. So I was like yeah cool. Going through the drive thru our daughter was so in awe of all of it so we were on cloud 9 to see her so amazed. However, shortly after getting home I see my bank notification with a $24 charge. I was like what??? Maybe they charged now and will discount it later but being an accountant I know that’s not how things worked. Not a lot of money but still such a scam and definitely won’t be going back.   Brant is a great manager, because of him i brought back a 2nd vehicle the same day! Shay and Danielle were also great. 100+ heat didn’t stop them from having a good attitude!

  Zips Carwash is the best place in town to get your vehicle done. With their excellent service, you'll feel like it's your own personal car wash. I really enjoyed my time here. I asked for help, and Zachary stepped in and helped me out. Thanks, Zips, for having superior customer service skills.

  I had such an unexpectedly great experience today at Zip’s Car Wash on Stacy Road in McKinney, and I really want to shout out zack and shaun for making my whole day better. I pulled in needing a wash before going out to drive, and honestly it’s been a rough time lately. It was over 100 degrees outside, I was sweating even with the AC blasting, and I wasn’t sure if I’d even be able to get a deal or use the app. But zack greeted me with the calmest, friendliest energy like the heat didn’t even exist. He walked me through the app step by step, answered every question, and never once made me feel rushed. He was genuinely kind, patient, and just had this optimistic vibe that I really needed today. Then when I pulled around to get onto the track, shaun guided me in with the biggest, most sincere smile I’ve ever seen at a car wash. His energy was so good I actually rolled my window down just to ask his name. You could feel how much he enjoys what he does, and it honestly lifted my mood instantly. Both of these guys showed real kindness and real joy in helping people, and that’s rare. My car looks better than brand new, and I’m heading out to drive feeling a whole lot more hopeful than I did when I pulled in. Huge thank you to zack and shaun — y’all made my day and y’all are the type of people who made a difference!
