  Rosa was such a great help with everything also super friendly and easy to talk to sometimes when employees try to upsell their product or memberships, they become very aggressive, but that was not the case with Rosa. She was super friendly understanding and just overall it was a great experience for me. I definitely will be back to renew my membership every month.

  okayyyy this might be one of the best car wash experiences i’ve had. 😭✨ first of all, if you’re going for the top wash, DO IT. it’s normally $29, but if you download the app and claim the coupon, you can get it for just $5, which is honestly such a good deal. also, i really hope i’m remembering her name correctly, but i believe it was Rosa. she was AMAZING. so kind, so patient, and so helpful from start to finish. she made everything super easy and was just one of those employees who genuinely makes your experience better. 10/10 customer service. i was out there vacuuming my Jeep with some Texas country music playing, and people kept walking over to tell me they loved my music. 😂 it honestly just made the whole experience even more fun. i also loved that they provide glass cleaner, interior cleaner, and fresh microfiber towels so you can really detail your vehicle after the wash. it’s such a nice touch. the funniest part was that employees and other customers kept coming over to compliment my Jeep and even ask if they could take pictures of it. 😂 everyone was so friendly. overall, the entire place just had such good energy. great staff, great atmosphere, great amenities, and a genuinely fun experience. i’ll definitely be back!

  I would give five stars, but I’ve been coming to this car wash since they opened up. They have issues with their tunnel, when I come out of the car wash there’s some black stuff on my car most of the time and your workers always smell like marijuana. Not good for business

  Gives a good wash but only have damp (closer to wet than dry) towels so it left water spots on my car and windshield. The manager gave us a dry towel to use that was his personal towel but would definitely be better to have some available to all customers. Great customer services though so can’t complain!

  Love love LOVE the staff at this 380 Mckinney location. Wish they had the air compressor spray nozzles though….. the other mckinney location has them and they make a HUGE difference. New policy with having “slightly damp” microfiber towels…..understand the concept of grabbing more dirt and less chance of scratching vehicle BUT you just CANNOT clean a window with a damp anything. Hello streaks everywhere! Kinda looks like a toddler cleaned the windows.
