  I had an excellent experience at Valvoline. The service was fast, professional, and went well beyond what I expected. Not only did they handle the usual oil change maintenance efficiently, but they also took the time to check the error code for my check engine light and explained what it meant in a clear and helpful way. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was taken care of properly. I really appreciated the extra effort and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and thorough car service.

  Carlos did a fantastic job with my oil change! Although the dealership, whom I’ve been getting all of my service through on my new vehicle, made damages and forgetful mistakes, Valvoline was able to successfully service my vehicle and give fantastic customer satisfaction!

  I’ve had good experiences here, but this time I regret using this location. First of all the person who greeted me asked me how I was doing today but I’m hard of hearing and heard it as “what can I do for you today.” Then he made a point of asking me how I’m doing today rudely as if I was ignoring his question. Then he proceeded to try to sell me on every single service possible when I very clearly said I was here only for an oil change. Probably won’t be going back.

  I don’t go anywhere else for oil changes anymore and it’s because Valvoline turns something I usually put off into a genuinely easy and pleasant experience. This visit, Leo (manager), Bryan, and Jason worked on my car, and they were incredibly efficient without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. I’m usually the person calling my husband mid-service to double-check what actually needs to be done, and they handled that with so much patience and zero judgment. They also went out of their way to make sure I didn’t miss any discounts, which I really appreciated, and while we were waiting for a tire rotation they checked in on me and my daughter, made sure we were comfortable, and even offered us water. It’s those small, thoughtful details that stand out more than anything else. I left feeling taken care of not just as a customer, but as a person. We'll be back!

  I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received. On April 3rd, my daughter brought her vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation (Invoice #46066) while she was home from college (Oklahoma State University). She drove the car very little that weekend, but on Sunday, while heading back to Stillwater, she had to pull over on Interstate 35 in a panic due to a loud noise coming from the vehicle. She was stranded on the side of the highway and eventually made it to an RV park near Wynnewood, OK, where she waited alone for nearly two hours on Easter Sunday for me to drive up and help her. This was an extremely stressful and frightening situation for her. When I arrived and inspected the vehicle, I found that the engine splash shield had not been properly resecured after the oil change at your facility. It had come loose and was dragging on the ground, causing the noise. As a result, part of the splash shield was torn off and is now missing and cannot be repaired. I had to jack up the vehicle on-site and temporarily secure what remained just so she could safely make it back to school. When I called your location to report the issue, I was told that her vehicle “only came in with 3 screws holding the pan on.” This was never communicated to my daughter at the time of service. If there had been a pre-existing issue, she should have been clearly informed before leaving your facility so it could have been addressed. Additionally, this vehicle has only ever been serviced by Valvoline Instant Oil Change, which makes this situation even more concerning. This situation was completely preventable and could have resulted in a much more serious incident. I’ve attached photos documenting the damage. I hope this is taken seriously so it doesn’t happen to someone else.
