  I absolutely enjoy coming here because everyone is always so friendly and nice. They never pressure you for extra services. I have been coming here since this location opened! Jason was super friendly.

  I went to the oil change next to Dollar tree no service. No one came up to me and I was there for a good four minutes every time I come to this location they’re ready to get the job done and do it right. Jason went above and beyond answered my question they were all highly professional if I can give 10 stars I would thank you for being so professional and so honest will definitely come back and call this my new home to get my oil changed.

  I came in today wanting to get my oil changed and I was blessed to have Mike be the person I worked with. He gave me a lot of great information and he also helped me save some money on my services. He was honest and I didn’t feel like he just wanted my money, I felt that he was actually trying to give me useful information. NEEDS A RAISE!!!

  Sooooo I took my 2024 Jeep Wrangler to Valvoline for the oil change and inspection and the service provided was amazing. Oddly enough, I left my local Jeep dealership after being made to feel less than a valued customer with the exception of Robert in servicing, the experience there was subpar. But my hope was significantly restored after an encounter with Eli, Mike and a younger fellow whose name escapes me at the moment. These gentlemen were very patient, kind and they took the time to explain everything to me in full detail as I typically don’t handle maintenance on my car hence going to the actual manufacturer. This Valovine team made my experience one that you don’t really hear about when it comes to car maintenance especially from women. They were short staffed but you would have never known because of their demeanor. I totally understand why my husband is such an advocate of this team and they now have an additional customer for life. Kudos to the owner, you should be very proud because you chose an amazing group of guys to represent your store and Valvoline’s brand. See you guys in the A.M. for my inspection!!!

  Where do I even start? I brought my vehicle in last Sunday for an oil change and inspection. What should have been a routine visit turned into a frustrating experience. The oil change and cabin air filter replacement took nearly 2.5 hours. During the cabin filter replacement, the technician completely disassembled my dashboard but then struggled to remember how to put it back together. He eventually finished with an extra screw left over, so my dashboard clearly wasn’t reassembled correctly. I felt bad asking him to take it all apart again after watching him spend over an hour figuring it out, but it was obvious he didn’t know what he was doing. A few days later, my check engine light came on. I discovered they had also broken my gas cap while adding the fuel system cleaner. It’s unbelievable that a simple maintenance visit resulted in multiple issues that I now have to deal with. I won’t be returning, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop if you value competent service and attention to detail.
