I visited two different Valvoline locations for a synthetic oil change using a $25-off coupon, and I found a noticeable difference in pricing. At this location, they honored the $25-off coupon and charged me $85.52, which I thought was a fair and reasonable price. Not only was the pricing fair, but the staff were also very friendly, thorough, and professional. They carefully checked several other things on my vehicle as well. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely return to this location for my next oil change. Highly recommended! For comparison, I also visited the first Valvoline location that I had used before. After applying the same $25-off coupon, they charged me $91.91. I felt that the original price there seemed to have been set higher to begin with. When I mentioned that I had paid $80.19 for the same synthetic oil change at that location just five months ago, they explained that prices had gone up across the board. Based on my experience, I was much more satisfied with the pricing and service at this location.

I came in early this morning for an oil change at the Valvoline on White Street in McKinney, and Richard provided excellent service! He was kind, informative, and genuinely engaging. Our conversation actually made my morning! The service was quick and efficient, and I was even able to use a coupon from their website. I definitely recommend this location!
