  As another reviewer already mentioned, they increased their membership rates without notifying their customers. It isn't even the money that I care about, it's the terrible business practice of thinking that's a good idea.

  I was charged for a service I never received, and getting help has been nearly impossible. Their phone number does not work, and the customer service responses appear to be entirely AI-generated with no real person available to resolve the issue. It’s extremely frustrating dealing with unexplained charges while being unable to contact an actual representative. I would strongly recommend others review their statements carefully before doing business with this company.
