  I had an absolutely great experience at this Audi dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire buying experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, respected, and well taken care of. I was originally recommended to the dealership by Kate Pevnev from the Service Department, and I’m very glad I took her recommendation. Kate was a great resource, and her recommendation gave me the confidence to come in and start the process. A special thank you to Garrett Weis, who made the entire purchasing experience exceptionally smooth. Garrett is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. He walked me through the entire buying process step by step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything along the way. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. What impressed me most was Garrett’s attention to detail and genuine commitment to making sure I had a great experience. He was patient, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and always willing to explain things clearly. He truly went above and beyond to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. Garrett also helped me make the car a surprise for my wife, which made the whole experience even more special and memorable. I really appreciate the extra effort he put into helping me make that moment happen. Overall, my experience was excellent from beginning to end. The professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail were outstanding. I’m very thankful to Kate for recommending the dealership and especially grateful to Garrett for making the buying experience such a positive one.   The sales process here is top notch. I had Hennie as my salesperson-- I never felt rushed, the sales managers come and introduce themselves, just overall a luxury experience. I bought my first Audi at Audi of Plano and they quite literally NEVER have loaner cars available. Sewell does not have this issue. Highly recommend.

  Brought my car in for A/C work. Was greeted warmly and after explaining the situation was offered a loan car and was on my way. A couple days later received a video explaining all points of interest for repair from the technician. Expecting a hefty repair estimate I was gladly informed that my issue was covered under an extended warranty. As always , Sewell delivers impeccable service. I love Sewell!

  This dealership marks all of their used Audi's newer than 5 years as "Certified Pre-Owned." I stupidly trusted the "CPO" label and traveled to McKinney, check in hand, to purchase a 2024 Audi A3. The morning of my appointment, the salesman contacted me to tell me the dash was making a buzzing sound and would need to be replaced. It was covered under warranty and he was apologetic so I extended my trip to wait for the repair. However, when I went to see the car in person there was much more cosmetic damage than was disclosed to me and not what I would expect to see on a CPO vehicle. Then came the test drive... about half way through, I noticed the car pulling to the right. I asked if it possibly needs an alignment. The salesman stated, "It shouldn't, that's part of the certification process." Five minutes later, I showed him what was happening and asked what would cause that. He directly contradicted himself and said, "maybe it just needs an alignment." I was still willing to overlook the miscommunication as long as the car was repaired. However, while in town I went by the dealership after hours and noticed an A3 that had not been there earlier. The condition of the car and where it was parked signified that it had been traded in that day. The very next morning, the car I saw was listed on their website as "Certified Pre-Owned." There was no way it could have went through the rigid process of certification this quickly. I started looking further into their website and while the filters show 55 out of 68 cars are pre-owned but not certified, if you look into the details, only 5 are not certified. Out of those 5, 2 are more than 5 years old and 1 is over 60K miles so they would automatically not qualify for certification. The other 2 were new on the website and didn't even have actual photos yet. It became very obvious to me that the dealership is marking everything 5 years or newer and less than 60K miles as certified. It is extremely disappointing and damaging to the brand that his is allowed. Audi's are great cars, if you're buying brand new than the other reviews support the sales process. However, if you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle, I would steer clear from Sewell.

  I had an excellent experience and was extremely impressed with the quality of service. The attention to detail was outstanding, and my vehicle looked immaculate inside and out when the work was completed. The team was professional, courteous, and took great pride in delivering exceptional results. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction was evident throughout the entire process. Highly recommend any service through Sewell!
