This review is specifically for the Service Department.
While the Sales Department associates are top-notch professionals who consistently uphold Sewell’s values of conduct and courtesy, the Service Department associates (excluding technicians) fall short in several key areas.
Customer-facing Service Department staff often come across as cold or dismissive and, at times, do not appear to demonstrate the level of professionalism and attentiveness one would expect from a luxury car dealership. This gap may stem from hiring practices, training deficiencies, or a lack of consistent reinforcement of customer experience standards. Regardless of the cause, it raises meaningful concerns about long-term customer loyalty, particularly when customers have alternatives.
I hope Sewell leadership and the Customer Experience team conduct a detailed review or survey to better understand whether this reflects a broader systemic issue rather than dismissing it as an isolated incident.

Where to start? This had to be the most pleasant car purchase experience ever! Joe Rupprecht, sales manager, was amazing from the minute I walked into the dealership to when I drove my new Q7 off the lot.
