  I met with Joe and Chris, the Sales Manager, who signed off on the deal. This was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! The entire process was incredibly fast. I came in at the end of the day, and my car was ready by lunchtime the very next day. Joe was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable with such an important investment. He and the entire staff took care of everything, even helping me set up my TollTag! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. What can I say? I’m a customer for life!

  Joe Guidry was phenomenal to work with. While I came in looking for an older Audi, he didn’t treat me any differently than if I were buying a new vehicle. Joe clearly explained the differences between model years and located an almost-new dealership courtesy vehicle with all the features I was looking for.

  This review is specifically for the Service Department. While the Sales Department associates are top-notch professionals who consistently uphold Sewell’s values of conduct and courtesy, the Service Department associates (excluding technicians) fall short in several key areas. Customer-facing Service Department staff often come across as cold or dismissive and, at times, do not appear to demonstrate the level of professionalism and attentiveness one would expect from a luxury car dealership. This gap may stem from hiring practices, training deficiencies, or a lack of consistent reinforcement of customer experience standards. Regardless of the cause, it raises meaningful concerns about long-term customer loyalty, particularly when customers have alternatives. I hope Sewell leadership and the Customer Experience team conduct a detailed review or survey to better understand whether this reflects a broader systemic issue rather than dismissing it as an isolated incident.   I cannot recommend Audi McKinney highly enough. As a first-time car buyer, I was nervous about the process. The team at Audi McKinney was a breath of fresh air in the world of car buying — professional, transparent, engaging, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. I want to especially commend my sales associate, James Yowell, who made the entire process so easy and stress-free. His care and support — along with the whole team's — is rare. I had actually visited other Audi dealerships in my car buying journey and had completely opposite experiences, so I know how exceptional the treatment from James and the Audi McKinney team really is. What stands out most is that they continue to be amazing even after the sale. If you're looking to buy an Audi, go to Audi McKinney and ask for James. You won't regret it.

  Where to start? This had to be the most pleasant car purchase experience ever! Joe Rupprecht, sales manager, was amazing from the minute I walked into the dealership to when I drove my new Q7 off the lot. Joe was informative, friendly, professional and totally went above and beyond. Chris Shinn, dealership manager, was outstanding as well. I never felt rushed or intimidated to purchase the car.
