  I have been bringing my Audi here for years and they have provided good service and given me the courtesy of a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. I highly recommend!

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent service experience at Audi McKinney. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I immediately noticed that the rear HVAC control panel was completely open and not properly assembled. I pointed this out to the service team before leaving, and they attempted to fix it. During that process, it became apparent that a component used to adjust the rear seat temperature was missing. I am confident that this issue did not exist before I brought my vehicle in for service. Before dropping off my car, I thoroughly checked the vehicle, including the trunk and rear seats, to ensure I had not left any personal belongings behind. The rear HVAC controls were intact and functioning normally at that time. What concerns me even more is the dealership’s response. Instead of investigating the issue, the management immediately claimed that I must have removed the missing component myself and stated they had no proof that it happened at the dealership. I found this response unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. I was also informed that the vehicle was sent for interior cleaning. If that is the case, it is difficult to understand how the staff did not notice that the rear HVAC panel was completely open before returning the vehicle to me. Even if the interior was not part of the mechanical service, returning a vehicle in that condition reflects a lack of attention to detail during the final quality inspection. Rather than taking ownership and working toward a resolution, the management repeatedly denied responsibility without conducting a proper investigation. As a customer, I expected honesty, professionalism, and accountability, especially from an Audi dealership. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in your service department. I hope Audi reviews this incident seriously and ensures that future customers receive the level of care, quality, and customer service that the Audi brand is known for.

  Love this place. You don't go to dealerships where they give you free refreshments and today they had ice cream for the employees and customers. Very friendly staff and very clean building overall. Send you a video what they are doing to your car and if there's any other maintenance is needed. And they don't try to scam you for repairs that's not necessary.

  The service advisors here are awesome! super professional and friendly, and I love that the loaners are always clean, tolls are covered and no charge for difference in gas when returned.
