The tech showed up on time and explained everything clearly. I had my windshield replaced and recalibrated with no issues at all. I would highly recommend.

I feel like the repair to my windshield was not done correctly or completely and I felt taken advantage of at the time of service. My windshield repair looks like an amateur put glue in my cracked windshield. How convenient to set me up for a full windshield replacement, now. I will NOT use this establishment to do that replacement. I'm not happy with the results and will be letting everyone know, NOT to use this establishment in McKinney for any windshield work. AND, they changed my brand new Bosch windshield wipers without notice. They were brand new.

Technician was unable to recalibrate my vehicle after the windshield was installed. I asked if they would schedule a time for it and I was instructed to call and schedule it. I have now tried 3 times to do so with no answer or call back from the McKinney office. very frustrating since the vehicle is unsafe to drive until it is calibrated

It was very easy to set up our appointment. The price for the job was competitive. The technician showed up on time, introduced himself and got right to work. He was very efficient and he was professional all the way. We are very satisfied with the whole experience and we will refer anyone we know to Safelite if they need this kind of work done.
