  The only thing was that the gas station where I refueled with diesel didn't have paper to give me a receipt. But then I went into the store, and the girl printed it out for me.

  This is my favorite Racetrac Hands down!!! Amazing customer service, attentive cashiers, clean restrooms and eating area. Fully stocked on hot foods( the pretzels are sooooo good). Best Pizza in Texas if you ask me and yes I'm saying that a gas station has better pizza than Papa John's honey. There was an African American female manager that used to work there that was truly amazing! The only downfall is that they lost her as the gem and fragrance of the one stop shop!

  I’m really frustrated with the way associates at this location handle the RaceTrac Rewards prompt. If RaceTrac has a rewards program, customers should be given a reasonable opportunity to enter their phone number or indicate that they want to use their rewards account. At this location, associates frequently continue clicking through the screens before I have a chance to enter my number. Sometimes the prompt disappears while I am in the middle of entering my information, and other times they move to the next screen before I’ve even had an opportunity to respond. I have brought this up several times at this location, but it doesn’t seem to be taken seriously. I don’t understand why this is considered unreasonable when virtually every other business with a rewards program gives customers an opportunity to provide their rewards information before completing the transaction. I actually really like the RaceTrac Rewards program, which is why this is so frustrating. When the associate moves past the rewards screen before I can enter my number, my only option is to verbally give them my phone number. That takes additional time and, more importantly, requires me to say personal information out loud in a public setting when there should have been an option for me to enter it privately myself. I’m not asking associates to do anything complicated. I’m simply asking that customers be given enough time to enter their rewards information before the associate advances to the next screen. I would appreciate RaceTrac looking into this location and making sure associates understand that customers need a reasonable opportunity to use the Rewards program. This would make the checkout experience much less frustrating and would also allow customers to provide their information more privately.

  Brittany is the absolute BEST! She's so polite and helpful. And this location is very clean and all the hot foods are very fresh. I recommend this RaceTrac over any other in the area.
