  My wife had a blow out this morning. I went to the Eldorado location first since that is where we bought the tires originally and I was told that they did not have the same tire, but the Watters Creek location have them. I got to the Watters Creek location and the tire was discontinued, but they can replace it with a closer size. However the system would not allow it. So I was referred to the Custer location, and I will be getting a better tire. Raymond has been very helpful as well are all other staff. Watters creek location was helpful also.

  I bought tires here, and 10k miles later my tires where completely bald to the wire. I took them back as i was sold a warranty, to only be told my warranty was invalid because i took my car somewhere else for tire rotations. They instead offered a discount for new tires, so i obliged and paid the cost for new tires. Raymond the apparent GM called me to tell me he did a courtesy repatch on my front tire and ready for pick up. Strange i never had a patch done on my front tires, nor was there any leak! The next day i woke up to my tire flat! Mind you i never got a patch in my front tires before. As i pulled in the shop rep told me who ever installed a patch on my front tire did a bad job. I agreed. She later found out it was them who did a patch on a non existent leak i never asked for. Then Raymond calls me telling me i needed to buy a new tire because this tire was ruined. I told him to pound sand and replace the tire he damaged. He refused. Looks like this is their sales funnel. Look at the yelp reviews, the same story is told several times. I have all of the proof documented as Raymond tried to express he was trying to help me out by giving me $10 off a new tire because he intentionally damaged my tire. AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL COSTS. To make matters worse, they put the tires back on my car unbalanced and my brand nee escalade rides like a salvaged car from oak cliff! If Mavis doesn’t fix the damage to my car, i will be suing them. Consequences must be paid as it is very clear i am not the first victim. I promised Raymond i will be the last!

  I drove over something on the road late last night. So instead of heading to our destination, my family returned home because the lesson in that moment was that we needed to pause and pivot. During a Google search, I stumbled upon Mavis Tire and chose them because of their stellar reviews and I'm glad that I did. From check-in to check-out, the staff was courteous, kind, and professional. More importantly, the service is based on integrity. Instead of selling me on a new tire, they were able to repair my current tire and save me money. I want to especially recognize Raymond who provided personal and exceptional customer service. It was a pleasure meeting and connecting with you. You made this INDEPENDENT woman's day 😁 and have certainly gained a repeat customer.   I called NTB which is now Mavis Tires and Brakes and made an appointment online. When I arrived at the one on Custer and McKinney greeted by friendly staff. Told them I needed to check to see if I needed tires. The gentleman had me go outside with him and walk around the vehicle. Gave me honest assessment of the vehicle. He asked how far I drive on a daily basis. I work from home don’t drive a lot. However my back tires showed uneven wear which ment I need an alignment and would be best to do the 2 tires in the back and they would rotate the front ones to the back. Time spent here was very reasonable in and out as promised and kept me informed throughout the whole process of the status of my vehicle. Pricing was outstanding as well as the service. Would recommend going here for tires.

  After discovering a flat tire on our rental car at the Omni in Frisco, we contacted the rental company for assistance. They dispatched a technician who replaced the tire with a temporary spare (“donut”) and charged $78.00. Unfortunately, this solution was not practical for our needs, as we were approximately 50 miles from the airport and required full use of the vehicle. I then located Mavis Tires & Brakes in McKinney. Their team quickly identified a screw in the tire, repaired it, and reinstalled it—all in under 20 minutes. The total cost was just $28.00. Given that we were attending a wedding and operating on a tight schedule, their efficiency and professionalism were greatly appreciated. As a result of this outstanding service, I am now a loyal Mavis customer. Great Customer Service! Thank you! As a note, I shared this story with my Sales Team on what a good experience looks like!
