  Had a really great experience at Mavis Tire Shop! Yasser was extremely helpful and made sure everything was taken care of properly. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and made the entire process smooth and quick. The customer service here is top-notch and the prices were reasonable too. It’s hard to find honest and reliable service these days, but this place definitely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this shop and shoutout to Yasser for the amazing help!

  I had such an incredible experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes that I had to leave a review. I had a low tire and stopped at a gas station to put air in it, but the valve cap was completely stuck. A kind gentleman even tried helping me with pliers, and we still couldn’t get it off. I searched Google and found Mavis Tire & Brakes in McKinney. The moment I pulled up, someone immediately came outside to help me. After trying for a while, they realized the tire needed more attention, so they brought my truck into the shop, lifted it up, checked everything thoroughly, repaired the issue, and filled all my tires. Turns out, I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it properly, made sure everything was safe, and honestly did what looked like a couple hundred dollars worth of work. Then came the shock… they didn’t charge me a dime. Not only was the service exceptional, but every single person there was kind, respectful, professional, and genuinely caring. They opened doors for me, treated me with so much respect, and completely restored my faith in good customer service. I also found out they’re opening a new location in Celina, where I live, and they’ve absolutely earned my future business. I’ll be recommending them to all my friends, neighbors, and followers. It’s rare to find businesses that go this far above and beyond anymore, but Mavis truly did.

  Had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes thanks to Yasseer! Came in for a wheel alignment and the entire process was smooth and straightforward. Yasseer was very friendly, honest, and kept everything transparent from start to finish. He also has a great sense of humor which made the experience even better. It’s hard to find people who are both professional and genuinely personable. Highly recommend asking for Yasseer if you visit!

  Getting a leaky tire is always a way to throw a wrench in anyones day. I was about to hit the road for a trip and was scrambling with packing and didn't have time for major car maintenance. Fortunately the staff at shop was super efficient and nice, and got my tire patched up quickly. Would definitely recommend for any tire needs

  Just went to this location of Mavis to get my rear tire checked, which was leaking air. Typically when you step into this situation, you would expect your tire to be changed due to one or many possible issues, but the staff at Mavis did what’s right for the customer. They found a small hole, repaired it and didn’t even charge me anything for it. This shows the actual “customer care”. Which such service, they have gained my trust for all the future repairs on tires and batteries for both of my cars. I also got my landrover ‘s battery replaced a few months ago and it has been working fine.
