  If you are going for tires, you are good. However, if you are going for an oil change or brake check, or even filter checks/replacements, go in with eyes wide open. I went last week because I heard my back brakes grinding. Once I entered the store they were droppoing "F bombs" left and right because of a no call no show mechanic. They were nice to me but after examining my car, they claimed that the brake pads were fine, at least 50% still remaining. However, they did not look at the inner brake pads (even though I reported a grinding noise to them) and the inner pads were totally gone - metal on metal so I found out today at another business. The topper was perhaps their question to me "did you know you have an oil leak?" I told them yes, I had notices some drops on the garage floor, but their other McKinney store had been the one that changed the oil as they could see on their system. Rather than owning it, they told me I needed to go back to the one on Custer and let them fix it. I kid you not. Looking back, it's apparent they were upset about having only 1 mechanic on duty for the day and they really did not want to mess with a professional, thorough check of the brake pads, or even clean up and fix the oil leak. I'm just one person I know, but I will not be back. Horrible experience. I've learned my lesson.

  I want to give a huge thank you to Nate and the entire team for their exceptional customer service! I came in because one of my tires was leaking air, and we discovered there was a large nail in it. Nate took care of the issue, patched my tire, and got me back on the road with no problems. And to my surprise, they didn't even charge me! But what I appreciate the most about this location is the customer service. Everyone is always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet to the customers who walk through their doors. That speaks volumes to me because great customer service is something I truly value! Honestly, It's not always about the service being provided, but how you treat people while providing it. And this team definitely understands that! I highly recommend this location to anyone needing tire services. Thank you again, Nate, for your kindness, professionalism, and for taking such great care of me. You all have definitely earned my business once again!

  Went in early morning with a semi emergency tire leak. The team took care of me even though very busy. No upsell, just efficient and friendly service. Quite competent and refreshing to deal with. I'll be back when i need tire or other work.

  Made a 2 pm appointment today. First person I met was not friendly. Asked me if I was going to wait or leave it for rotation. I said wait. His response was it was going to be a very long time. I asked him what was the purpose of an appointment. He said his person hadn’t had lunch. How was I supposed to know I needed another person to take me home since I made an appointment? I walked out. Will never go back. New to this area. First impressions matter!
