Yasser was incredibly helpful and made my experience at the tire shop completely effortless! He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. I really appreciated his excellent customer service and willingness to help. Highly recommend asking for Yasser if you visit!

Shoutout to Logan and everyone else I talked to. (Add in their names if ya'll could please! Theres a lot of yall!) Awesome bunch of guys! The phone reps, the front desk reps, even the techs were all awesome to talk to and assured my brand new in box wheels & tires would be mounted, and balanced properly. Set up an appointment originally for an alignment, unfortunately one of the other shops i was going to have mount my wheels fell through. With about an hour left till my appointment I asked of i can have a bit of an odd-ball service. Take my old wheels and tires, steal the TPMS sensors, and put them on my brand new wheels and tires. Didn't even hesitate, no scratches on any of the wheels, no issues, completely perfect. I've had several other shops gouge my wheels and have always been extremely skeptical when taking my cars in. I would happily trust these guys with both my 93 rx-7 & 19 RC 350 F-sport more than a dealer!

Took both vehicles in this morning 8/28/26 to have brakes done on both. My F-150 has almost 100K miles and when I had it in the same shop about 2 years ago for tires the tech told me I needed brakes done soon. I was expecting to be paying quite a bit for both vehicles to have brake jobs done on them, when the tech came and told me that I had 90% of my brake pads on the truck and that there was no reason to perform a brake job at this point. That saved me $1,300. The other vehicle needed only front pads and rotors for a very reasonable price. I am impressed with the honesty and integrity of all the technicians working at this Mavis. I highly recommend them and their services and I will be back for service on my vehicle!

I had a nail in my tire and luckily this place was literally the only store open on a Sunday. The guy looked at the tire and said they can fix and it’s $35. I was thinking man this is awesome but that was before the visit went downhill. An hour in I get an update that all my lug nuts failed while pulling off the tire. It’s a 2017 F-250 and parts wear out plus I needed this done. The sales guy claims all 32 lug nuts need to be replaced. They call the local Auto Zone, one mile down the road and order the new lug nuts. They finally get done after 3 hours and the bill is $308 for the tire fix and 8 lug nuts. The lug nuts were priced at $29.99 each. Was thinking that was crazy high so I call the exact Auto Zone and ask for a price per lug nut and it’s $9.99. Mavis put a 200% mark up on a lug nut they broke. I call the store and ask if that’s the correct mark up, the guy was new so maybe he made a mistake. He says he thought that was high but offers $100 off a front brake job to make it up to me. I decline…. I call the next day and talk to the store manager. Once again he says mistakes on them because they have new software that’s giving quoting errors. Instead of $100 off now I’ll receive $200 off a front brake job. It’s all responsibly priced but doesn’t sit right with me when to make this right, I need to spend more money with them. Why not just refund the extra mark up error since two people said it was there mistake? I had originally agreed to set up an appointment for the brakes but just going to cancel. The trust is long gone and I’ll move down the road and give someone else the business.

I really don’t like giving bad reviews. Something to note. I am an aircraft mechanic so I am can do simple maintenance like a battery change. I am in a wheelchair now so I have to take my vehicles in for maintenance plus I have a warranty with mavis on my batteries that cost $450 a year ago so reluctantly I took it to a different mavis. The last Mavis chipped every one of my wheels when they rotated my tires. I was hoping it was just the mechanic and a different store may be ok. They had to ck and change my battery and they said it was in stock. It took 2 1/2 hours to remove a bar that holds the battery down and to terminals. Then when I got home, I checked the bar was not even bolted down and my battery was loose, by about 1/2”. I have two batteries on my van, it’s a handicap van. I was having a problem with one of the batteries for my handicap seat. I took it to Oreillys first, and the said it was the left battery. Mavis said it was the right side battery and replaced the right side. Still having problems with the seat. I have no confidence that they changed the correct battery. I have a warranty with them but I think I am just going to have to eat the cost of the next battery and go someplace else.
