  This is the best car shop I have ever been to. I just bought my first car and drove over a bolt on the way home. Talon and Mike were SO SWEET. They patched up the tire and made me feel incredibly supported throughout the whole process. Both of them were so kind. Talon especially sat down and spoke to me about my concerns with the new car, assuring me that he would do everything in his power to make sure my car is okay. I was so freaked out about running over a bolt in the road immediately after such a big purchase but both of them were so fantastic, I knew this is the best place I could have gone to. From now on, any issues that might come up again with my car, I will be sure to come here first!!!!

  I've trusted this location for years and they have yet to disappoint me. Talen was so incredibly helpful and was always trying to find ways to lower my bill while keeping the quality and service top notch. I needed a lot of repairs done to my car and he got me a final price that I know for a fact I wouldn't be able to find anywhere else! Such a quick turnaround for the service and such genuine care from the team here. They are awesome!!

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. Yasser was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor that made the entire visit enjoyable. He took the time to review my tire selection and made sure I was choosing the right tires for my vehicle, which I really appreciated. The pricing was significantly better than other places I had checked, offering outstanding value without compromising on service. The entire staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on providing great customer care.   When customer service goes beyond “Hello…What can I do for you?”….which is standard protocol in any customer facing business. TallenH & his team at Mavis Tires & Brakes will go the extra mile to take great care of their customers. I had a major tire blowout on 75 in rush hour traffic & needed to get tire replacement asap. Mavis got me in & out with a new tire but I needed the blown tire to take back to National Tire to get the replacement tire because it was under warranty. And I forgot it before I left & I called back & he said it was thrown in big dumpster. He was so kind as to jump in that dumpster to retrieve the what was left of a blown out tire. The other tire shop would not have believed me without the proof. I’m blessed that I didn’t flip my car after looking at what was left of a tire on a rim..!! God got me to safety..!!
