Worst customer service I have ever had. Followed my daughter to this location to put four new tires on her car, after meeting her to change her flat tire. We show up at 330pm, told them the tires that I wanted and they pulled the tires to be installed. Was told it might take a couple of hours. About 530pm, I asked for an update and was told it could be another hour. I take my daughter to grab something to eat. We get back a little after 6pm. At 645pm we were told that one of their technicians left so they couldn't put the tires on today. We could either leave it or put the donut back on. I was told the Manager was Payton Hunt and was still there. I asked to talk with him but was told that I couldn't. By the time the donut tire was put back on my daughter's car it was 715pm. They close at 7pm. There was no less that a half a dozen tire shops that I could have gone to but rather than the manager be inconvenienced by staying a little late and doing the right thing, they chose for me to waste four hours of my time. I will NEVER go back to this place.

I just left from Just Tires and this is my first time coming to this location and I had a very great experience! I needed a new rim to be switched out with the existing one and it was handled with ease. The general manager, Demaul, was exceptional in his customer service skills and made the experience one to remember. Thank you all for your hard work and care taken with my car.

Demaul got me in and out and back on the road quickly. He put the customer first from the moment I walked through the door and had a great attitude first thing in the morning. Waking up to a screw in your tire is never a great way to start a Friday, but Demaul completely turned my morning around with his positive demeanor and great customer service. I was the first customer through the door, and he took great care of me. We will definitely be back. Thanks again, Demaul!

worst experience I’ve ever had getting my oil changed. I dropped my car off at 11 o’clock and I went to try and grab it close to 4:05 and it still wasn’t ready. I grabbed my car at 5 PM and it took six hours for an oil change. I was originally quoted for the process to only take one hour and he told me there was a guy in the shop that was ready to take my vehicle. . when I show up on my lunch break, hoping to grab my car it wasn’t ready. Will not be returning back for any further services. Six hours for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous.

Special Shoutout to the store manager Demaul Lavalais too real good man. They took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure I was taken care of.
