They strip my bolt rotating my tires and expect me to come back in everyday to see if they have a spot open to fix it instead of communication a day and time to fix there mistake. Going on day 4 and everyday they say they can’t get me in for another hour. Worst jiffy lube I’ve been to by far.
- CBColin BerridgeMay 12, 20261.0I went here yesterday to get my oil change done And replace bulb on brake light passenger side Because the blinker indicator was flashing rapidly on the passenger side As soon as I leave, my blinker indicator was flashing rapidly for the driver side now and I think wow that’s odd. What are the chances of that bulb just went out too Those grease monkeys took the bulb out of my driver side brake light and put it into the passenger side and charge me $18 for that. Here’s the hilarious part. I had the bulbs with me. They could’ve used my new bulbs that I had and still charged me $18. I wouldn’t have cared. If I could give negative stars, I would. This is just straight up lying and I don’t know what else you would call it. I hope no one ever goes to the Jiffy Lube again. Obviously, they have no Integrity here.
- CCCruzer321Apr 23, 20261.0Would give half stars if could. Took a rental vehicle into get oil change and the lady manager said they work with Hertz and can do it no problem. So I sit and I’m waiting watching and 30 plus mins go by and I think the whole time they are working on my truck since everyone is in a huddle just talking and come to find out they hadn’t even started yet and was waiting on approval. Then the MANAGER asks if I can basically call to expedite it for them instead of the shop?! I have used many fleet accounts for many business and never had to do the leg work for a business. And to top it all off I sit on hold for over 20 mins and they tell me they already approved it and that they don’t know why I called. Go to Walmart and save time.
