If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Start with the cost - charged my wife $192 for an oil change on a 2024 Sequoia?? No air filters or wiper blades replaced - just an oil change. That is predatory in nature, and way out of line! Even the Toyota dealer "only" charges $100. Then the actual service - didn't tighten the drain plug adequately, so it leaked oil on the garage floor - not just a few drops - a basketball-sized pool. I got underneath the vehicle and tightened it myself. Terrible all around experience. Never again.

They got both me and husband in quickly on a Saturday and easily added a state inspection to my oil change appointment. When we needed additional maintenance, Dalton was honest about priorities and transparent about pricing. All the technicians were friendly and helpful. We don’t live in the area anymore but we’ll keep coming back!

Dalton said was wonderful! He helped me from my initial phone call all the way through looking at my car. A sensor was completely flagging the wrong issue and he was able to quickly identify the problem and even saved me money along the way. His expertise was incredibly helpful and I have a Jaguar, which are notoriously hard to work on and diagnose. He was a fantastic representative for the company and even ensured I knew about their car wash services. Hopefully I don’t have car issues for a long while, but I would trust him completely if / when I do.

I have never been more pleased or impressed about the service I received. All employees are friendly, fast and extremely knowledgeable. They did not force or suggest unnecessary repairs and clearly explained the services I did need. I will use them to service my car, instead of the dealer, from this point forward. Grease Monkey is a family owned company and they make it a point to make all their customers feel they are part of that family. I feel very fortunate that they are so close to my house. Whether I just need air in my tires or an inspection or a service, the employees take care of me. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have used Grease Monkey for oil changes, but recently learned firsthand that they offer much more. While driving to school, my 2012 car died suddenly, and needed to be towed. I called Grease Monkey and spoke with Dalton, who immediately said that I could have the car brought to their shop. Dalton explained that there would be a diagnostic fee. He also said that fee would be applied toward the completed repair. Within a few hours, he called with the diagnosis and price. He also noticed that several plugs were missing and replaced them to help reduce rattling while the car is running. I truly appreciate Dalton’s professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail. The customer service was impeccable, and the quality of work outstanding. If you have only used Grease Monkey for oil changes, be sure to ask about their other services. They deserve the recognition, and I highly recommend them!
