  Made a reservation, called to confirm, rep said THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY! and then someone else called and said they didn’t service location and that was a new person. Wild!

  I recently visited this location to pick up a 15-passenger van and encountered a minor issue related to a policy change. John was not initially aware of the change because this location does not typically rent this type of vehicle. However, as soon as the issue was brought to his attention, he addressed it immediately and resolved everything quickly. Shortly afterward, we discovered there was an issue with the vehicle itself. Rather than simply informing me of the problem and leaving me to figure things out on my own, John and the team went above and beyond to assist. They personally called around to locate another available vehicle, coordinated everything with another location, and ensured the transition was seamless. By the time I arrived, the staff at the new location were already expecting me, making the process quick, smooth, and stress-free. What impressed me most was the level of ownership and care they demonstrated throughout the entire experience. John even added an extra feature to my rental as a courtesy for the inconvenience—something he certainly did not have to do. In a time when exceptional customer service seems increasingly rare, this location truly stands out. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely appear to enjoy helping their customers. Their willingness to take initiative, solve problems, and ensure I had a positive experience made a lasting impression. The level of service I received has earned my loyalty, and I would gladly choose this location for all of my future rental needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that truly values its customers. Please note that neither issue was the fault of Enterprise but they showed ownership, compassion, empathy and even called to check on me after my trip.

  I’ve had great experiences with Enterprise in general, but this branch stands out. It’s clean (SUV & office) and EVERYONE is friendly and helpful from when we picked the rental up, during our trip, to when we dropped it off. We had to add a couple days to our rental, was off the phone less than 5 minutes which was a blessing considering we were on vacation.

  Rose was so nice and attentive!!! She answered all my questions that I had about my rental vehicle! Shes the best!

  The three stars are for what's right, the employees, the vehicles and the location. What's wrong is how enterprise treats their employees. How dare you only have two staff members on a busy weekend, this always happens. AND you allow people to choose noon as a pickup time but close at noon so if you're late, even by a minute, the doors are closed and they will not give you the vehicle. Luckily, the managers and employees were accommodating and heard us out. It's always the employees that keep us coming back here. If enterprise doesn't want people in their facilities after noon, then make the latest pickup time 11:30 to avoid things like this. Now these employees have to stay later and work harder when enterprise is the one who needs to adjust their business practices. The manager who was working on May 24th 2026 at the location on Custer and University deserves five stars!!!
