  They had vehicles available when no one else did. This rental was due to emergency car repairs needed and it was most helpful to have peace of mind that they were able to come through on short notice. Enterprise wasn't my first choice at the time. I won't make that mistake again.

  Horrible experience and customer service! Needed a pickup truck that I reserved days before just to come in at reservation time and told now pickups are available due to an overnight recall! There no was no call or attempt to call me to let me know drove an hour to get it and the agent act like he didn’t care, would bother to even check other locations to see if they had one available! Just sent me on my way!

  Worst experience ever with this company. I reserved a car online and I went to pick it up and they gave me a whole different one, they made me go to a different location to see if they had something similar to what I reserved I called before to make sure they had a 7 seat and they told me they did. Drove 30 min and they said they didn’t have anything Then drive to 4 different locations even called before to make sure and nothing

  Everyone at this location is very friendly and helpful! We were in and out of there in no time. They greet you with a smile the moment you walk through the door and are willing to accommodate you in the best way possible! When we returned the vehicle, they were just as pleasant and actually gave us a ride back to our car! Greatly appreciated, thank you!😊💞

  The Enterprise staff at the McKinney location off Hwy 75 provided exceptional service. I highly recommend renting from this Enterprise location. I needed a full-size premium SUV to help my daughter move to college, and I was pleasantly surprised that they had one available, as I had reserved just a full size SUV. I was told that the night before someone had dropped it off so that I was in luck, I don’t think it was luck. I believe it was the man upstairs looking out for me that morning. The staff deserves a nice lunch or dinner from their corporate team. As long as I reside in McKinney, I will continue to rent my vehicles from this location.
