I called them yesterday and no one pick up. Been waiting on the phone for over 1 hour since they opened this morning, still no one pick up the phone. I don’t want to have to drive an hour just to tell them to extend my rental:(

After a Rental car failed at Hertz, I quickly went online to Enterprise because they never failed me. I accidentally made the reservation for next day went in and the manager Jeremy moved our reservation date up with ease. I am appreciative of the service I received here. I will always be a loyal customer. Thank you.

So, I was told I’d get my deposit back after my wreck with my insurance, and now I’m not? My car was supposed to be done on the 22nd it was finished early. I was never told that insurance didn’t cover this vehicle and now I keep losing small amounts of $ from you all slowly out of my account. The manager is telling me I’m a liar because I signed a tablet. But nothing was stated to me verbally that I wouldn’t be getting my deposit back. Scam artist at its finest. Even Service King said that it should be about 3-5 days I’d get it back. AND the car had a full tank instead of less than half way filled like it was given, because my cars original finish date was supposed to be the 22nd not the 14th. Stop taking money off my account.
