  Very bad service at this location. I reserved a 7 seat big minivan few days before. When I came to the location to pickup, the person checked us in and made us wait around 30 mins, then escorted us to a car which is a tight suv with less to no space for 7 people. Nothing was conveyed upfront by enterprise. When we asked about this the person said this is all we have. This poor service and professionalism messed my trip.

  I would write a 0-star review if I could. Scammers. They will charge you for damage you didn’t make. I rented a car during the night. It already had hail damage. When I returned the car, they wanted to charge me $ 2000 to fix the hail damage. It didn’t hail during the 3 days I rented the car. They sent out a collections agency and damaged my credit score. I had to get State Farm involved to dismiss the charge as it the damage was done before I had the car. Terrible experience.

  We booked a transit van for one week starting April 19, 2026. I don’t normally check the oil when renting a vehicle, but it’s fortunate that I did in this case. After a 14-hour drive, we arrived at our destination and checked the oil, only to find it was significantly below the minimum level, with no visible reading on the dipstick. We had to add 4 quarts before the oil level reached between the low and high indicators.

  I reserved a car to pick up at 10 AM. I have waited well over an hour and 15 minutes, there were 17 people when I walked in to get my car. Everyone has been waiting well over an hour. This is absolutely unacceptable if you guarantee your car you need to have it ready. They are understaffed. They don’t have enough people. Other people are agitated, cause they don’t have the cars that were promised. This is on a weekend. There’s not a one of us that doesn’t work almost over 50 hours a week we treasure our weekend and spending an hour waiting for a car because management will not hire enough. People is unacceptable. Absolutely unacceptable I’m gonna tell everyone I know never to use this location again. I’m doing this for work. We have things to do I do not treat my customers this way, and I am tired of being treated like trash.

  I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I visited on 03/19 after booking in advance and completing the online pre-check-in to avoid delays. It didn’t matter. When I arrived, the front desk was empty. An attendant eventually told me it would be a 15–20 minute wait, but after 20 minutes, they told me they had no idea when a car would actually be ready. I ended up waiting 1 hour and 35 minutes. To top it off, when they finally handed over the keys, the car had a distinct smell of cigarette smoke, even though it’s a non-smoking vehicle. This location is severely understaffed, the staff is non-responsive, and they clearly do not clean or inspect their cars between rentals. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
