  Told them what I wanted when I came in and told them that’s all I wanted(front end breaks replaced) they then proceeded to take all of my tires off and then find enough additional crap to try and charge me over $500 on what was supposed to be a $150 visit. I asked them to just do the front end breaks as previously requested and was told it would be an hour. I’ve been here for about 1.5 hours and was just told it will be another 30 minutes to an hour before it’s done. If you want friendly, quick, and efficient customer service, don’t come here.

  I did a brake fluid flush there. Quick and good service in general. But I don’t know how could they messed up the odometer reading. Now I have to contact Carfax to fix it. My car was only at 40k but don’t know how can they typed 50k. Do your job better!

  Carlos was my tech & he was great! I came for new lug nuts/studs & new front brakes. Everything was done pretty quick & efficiently, service was 10/10. Definitely will be back for my rear brakes!

  My car’s tire blew out near the QuickTrip, and we couldn’t change it because of the incline of the road. My terrible jack wasn’t helping either. I asked Brakes Plus if I could borrow a jack, and not only did they let me borrow one, but they actually came outside and helped me change the tire! The manager also came out, introduced himself, and checked on us. They truly have such a wonderful team. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help us! I really appreciate it!

  I went to this location for an A/C check because they were advertising a “FREE A/C CHECK” clearly at the front. However, I was still charged for the service. I understand that there may be additional services or repairs that cost money, but if a business advertises a free A/C check, they should honor that offer. I also explained my concern to Chris at the front office, but unfortunately, I felt like my concern was not heard or taken seriously. This was a very disappointing experience. Advertising a service as free and then charging a customer for it is not right and out right cheating. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the situation.
