He took the time to explain what was going on with my car and recommended only the services that were truly urgent. I really appreciated his transparency and honesty.   I visited Brakes Plus today for a brake pad replacement and had a truly positive experience. From the inspection to the repair process, everything was explained clearly and handled professionally and efficiently. Mr. Woody and the entire staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. After the replacement, I could immediately feel the improvement in my car’s performance. Special thanks to Mr. Woody for his excellent customer service and professionalism. I really appreciate the great experience!

  Customer service was just excellent today. I was about 10 minutes away from the shop. I called the shop for a wheel alignment, spoke to Aaron and said they were able to get in right away. Sure enough, they were able to take care of me as soon as I pulled in. Woody took care of me at the counter. Took them about 45 minutes to complete. Was in and out quick! Now back to work I go (unfortunately. Ha). Appreciate all y’all’s time and work!
