They were good in the sense that they got my battery changed but they told me that I needed a new timing belt and my brakes fixed. Well this was not the case, I took it to another mechanic and low and be hold, my car doesn't have a timing belt, it has a timing chain (which does not need to be replaced). Also my breaks are fine. They tried to get me to do services that I did not need or were actually necessary on my car. Definitely get a second opinion if they tell you something needs to be changed or fixed.

Every time I’ve received any kind of service here I have always been treated with the utmost kindness and clarity. Haven made sure to take note of repairs and explain any questions I had, and both of my vehicles were handled with care.

Out of town, alone and trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. I was referred to Brakes Plus and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. They could not make the repair but they definitely tried. If I lived in that area they would definitely be at the top of my list for someone that I would trust with my vehicle.

Came to this location the other day for the first time, I must say I was impressed. Haven was so sweet and really knows his stuff. I will definitely be a returning customer.
