    The cashier was shady. Tried to add a warranty on my purchase by being sneaky. He pushed me to provide my phone number and name and sneakily tried to create a profile. When I started asking more information like why I have 2 items on the PoS, he mentioned like there are items on my account and without my details he cant see what that is. When I started pushing even more, he finally budged in and removed the warranty. If someone is in a rush, these shady people can get something added to your account. Be extremely careful. Never had such an experience in any other Autozone though.

    Horrible customer service and racist employee when I came in he didn’t even greet me and was looking at me crazy as they were trying to figure out why I was there(I was the only customer in there so there was no excuse) . I told him what I needed. He had a ATTITUDE walked outside the door asking which vehicle was it. I was coming in for battery issues once there he told me that I can go to a different store to have it tested because he didn’t know where his battery tester was. I asked about them charging it he said it would be too much work because he had to take it out and it would be like 4 hours to do. If you’re black, avoid this place by all means. Horrible service!!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Vikas Sharma, Store Lead at AutoZone, and Vincent, the technician. The battery in my Lexus ES 350 failed, and they handled the situation professionally and efficiently. They honored the warranty without any hesitation and replaced the battery with a new one. The entire process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. I really appreciate their excellent customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help. Vikas and Vincent are a great representation of AutoZone, and I would definitely recommend this store to others. Thank you both for making the experience so easy!
