  This location has really gone downhill since the management change. I had previously had a 5 star review for this location but I’m sorry I have to take it down. As a mechanic and business owner, consistency and communication matter, and unfortunately this store is lacking both. The final straw for me was placing an order for a customer, only to find out later that it was never actually processed. Now my customer is stuck waiting another week for their car, which reflects poorly on my business as well. That’s unacceptable. When I addressed it, I was told they now require payment upfront which is fine! but the way it was handled was not. Instead of explaining the change professionally, I was told the previous manager “let me get away with it,” which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. If policies change, communicate them clearly. Don’t talk to customers like they’ve done something wrong when the issue is a lack of communication on your end. I’ll be taking my business to another location, even if it’s farther away.

  Marvin was so helpful. He went out of his way to explain about the parts we needed. He found some issues we were unaware of. We recommend this shop 341 Autozone for honestly and professionalism . 5 + stars!
