When I called in, the person said, “Give me a moment.” I assumed they were working on my issue, but then they came on the line and said, “I needed to handle something.” What on earth? Nothing to do with my issue. To make matters worse, they replaced my font windshield and lost the rain sensor holder. When they returned, they informed me that the rain sensor holder was missing and had not been replaced properly. It was a terrible experience.
