  I have a 2026 Nissan Frontier and unfortunately not 2 months after purchasing it the windshield suffered a deep impact ding which incidentally very quickly caused a huge crack in the windshield. John one of the employees looked at the issue and at myself and smiled and said no problem. John was very very knowledgeable,friendly and handy with his hands I will say! Why in no time was my windshield properly installed! I was absolutely amazed at the efficiency which John performed his service. Oh,he cleaned the windshield so clean I am not joking I could hardly tell there were any windshield there. John if your reading this. I really think you are an exceptional employee and person!

  Was contacted the morning of my scheduled afternoon appointment and was offered an earlier slot due to cancellations by others. Although I was unable to get there sooner, my vehicle was taken in as soon as I arrived and was done in less than 1 hour! I was in and out and the staff were friendly and answered my questions. Would recommend.

  I was immediately greeted by John with blonde hair, he quickly knew about my appointment, showed me the replacement glass, explained a couple things and had my drivers window replaced very quickly. Like, very quickly, under 20 minutes. Ask for John💯💯

  Buyer Beware... of FRAUD Our son is in the military, during winter break we replaced the windshield of his Camry at this Safelite location, paid $500 deductible, and he went back to post. The car started displaying all kinds of alarms that required service. He finally took it to the Toyota in Killeen, where Toyota diagnosed that all those alarms were triggered because the car had been fitted with an "aftermarket" windshield and not an original one, as required. We never agreed to an "aftermarket" windshield, and know by experience that smart cars have very sensitive computer systems. Toyota has quoted us $1000 to reset the affected systems. We talked to Safelite, they of course said the windshield replacement was out of the 6 month warranty by a few days, and were otherwise dismissive and fishy and unhelpful. The point here is that we were NOT trying to save money with an "aftermarket" product, it was a shady deal from their part. So, if you don't want to be trapped in this situation, beware... I will never again use this company and will tell anyone that if they decide to deal with this company, do it at your own risk. I am not giving zero stars because I am not sure I can, but I would if I could.
