I hate leaving back reviews, but Let me paint you a picture about this place. I start my day with a carwash so my car is nice and clean. I take my 2009 Dodge challenger (garage kept) (25800 miles) to 2 different dent places to get quotes. Both places note the exact same damage on my passenger side rear bumper the only dents I have on the vehicle from someone backing into me the day prior (mind you these guys do this for a living, the more dents they find the better for them). Leaving the last place I notice a leak in my rear tire so I call around and Goodyear has my tire. I drive the 10 minutes from the dent place to Goodyear where the manager looks over my vehicle. I show him the damage from the accident (passenger side rear). As one of the employees is test driving my car he stalls it on 3 different occasion that I can see (it’s a manual transmission car) he clearly can’t drive manual. The employee started the car is pulling a little to the right and they still needed to put it back upon the lift and fix that issue. After my car is done, as I’m walking up to it, I can already see the damage they caused on the bottom side of my driver door. (Opposite side and nowhere near accident side) There is also black tire mutt smudges exactly where the damage is (confirmed to be tire mutt by one of the employees). The manager is called over. The employees did an awesome job of trying to explain how the 2 areas they worked on the vehicle there was no way the door could have hit anything. I mean thanks for the explanation, but just because you didn’t open the door on anything doesn’t mean you didn’t damage it another way. Also couldn’t explain how the tire mutt got there (on the exact spot the new dent was). I try explaining to the manager that I had proof the dent wasn’t there before bringing in the car by showing him the dent repair quotes (time stamped mind you) and explained that both places took pictures of my vehicle from all angles which don’t show the new damage that they had caused. Manager didn’t wanna hear any of it and told me he would put “my concerns” on the notes. I honestly don’t even care about the compensation for the damage. Just take responsibility for your / your employees actions. His notes also stated that it’s an old car with 25000 miles and that’s why the mutt was on there. Every car guy knows that the older the car with very few miles means you keep up with your shit. It’s a 17 year old car only driven 1500 miles per year. Manager makes it seem like it’s an old beat up car. And after all that, they didn't even fix the problem of the car pulling to the right. After asking the manager if they had resolved the issue of the car pulling to the right (which I knew they didn’t since they never put it back on the lift), he stated that they are “returning the car to me how I brought it in” so if that’s the case, why charge me for the alignment? Overall, the employees were good, but the manager sucks, and I never plan on returning to this place again. If I can save someone else the trouble or headache of dealing with this place, then at least something good came from my experience. Also every time I’ve gone in there the manager is always arguing with someone over the phone trying to cancel orders or subscription. So if you want a free circus show go ahead and take your car. Also can’t wait to hear the managers response on this post (I already know it’s coming)

After 5 months of filing a complaint and $2000 expenses later, my complaint got "settled" for $313.00 :( I took the car in for maintenance-- spark plugs, wires and oil change. Several days later it was given back, that the car was idling/misfiring and was told it was probably the engine. I finally took it to dealership and was what? It was a FAULTY SPARK PLUG and WIRE! In the meantime, I was stuck with the Goodyear bill, a bill from dealership and rental car bill.

Came here after another place told me my lug bolts were over-torqued and possibly stripped. The guys at Goodyear were really friendly and said they could take a quick look. They got them loosened pretty easily and explained that they weren’t stripped, just a little worn out. I wasn’t able to buy tires from them (out of my price range), but they still put everything back on and didn’t charge me anything. The whole thing was quick and they didn’t try to push anything on me, which I really appreciated. Overall, just a really honest and helpful experience.
