- RTReviewer from TXJul 4, 20261.0I made a reservation online the previous date of my pick up and arrived at the airport location a few minutes earlier than my scheduled pick up time. The girl at the counter was friendly, but informed me they did not have a vehicle for me and were sold out. She understood my frustration about being allowed to book online if there aren't any vehicles. She told me it'd be a 1 to 2 hour wait until the gentlemen could wash more cars. I decided to go out for some fresh air and found myself in the rental parking lot where I saw 4 of the enterprise gentlemen standing outside and laughing with each other while looking at their phones. I approached them and asked if they were on lunch, two were named Devon and Bryan. They said they were not and asked if I need assistance. I said I was waiting on them to wash my car so I could get on the road. They laughed and said okay but continued to stand around and talk. I went back inside and told the lady at the counter that'd I'd like a ETA since her washer guys were just standing around outside. She apologized and said that they always stand around when the manager isn't in on weekends. I decided to cancel and take my business next door with another rental company where I received my rental right away. You shouldn't allow people to book for a car that is not available. You also shouldn't ask people to wait on a car with unreliable, and unprofessional staff. The girl at the register shouldn't have to get attitude for the mistakes of other employees Enterprise!
