  Horrible service, not only did I get stranded there without a vehicle but the faces of the employees was a clear, sounds like a you problem, definitely need to fix the way they reserve and confirm with insurances.

  We booked a 15 passenger van a month in advance, but Enterprise McAllen called us 2 days before our trip to say they had overbooked and didn’t have a van for us. They even told us we weren’t a priority, even though we had a confirmed reservation. Out of curiosity, I called the same location pretending to be a new customer and asked if they had a 15 passenger van available for those same dates. They said yes. So they had one for a new customer, but not for us. No one apologized, tried to help, or offered another solution. We were left scrambling at the last minute. We definitely wouldn’t recommend Enterprise.

  They Just Canceled our reservation the day before. She said I am giving you a heads up nothing is available. I told her we reserved on line and availability and reservations was confirmed. Her response was we don't update website. Awful service

  Made a reservation online just for a few days while my car was in the shop. Went in, and had to wait for almost half an hour because the single employee was busy elsewhere. Finally got to the counter, and was told there wouldn’t be a car available for probably 6 hours. I understand the fluid nature of rental agencies, but it’s basic customer service to make a phone call and inform them that the reservation either needs to be modified or changed. Do yourself a favor and either rent somewhere else, or make sure you call the office, because they won’t call you.

  If I could do 0 stars, I would. I made a reservation last night without a hitch, I even called and spoke to a reservation specialist on their national line. I showed up this morning, and they tell me they are out of cars until maybe this afternoon. Total Jerry Seinfeld moment, "they know how to take the reservation, they just don't know how to hold the reservation...". UGH!!!!
