  Great service, got status updates, and took about a week and 2 days to get my truck back.. much better service than a different dealership that i went to before where there was barely any communication and took 1 month to get my vehicle back.. i will definitely chose Clark Chevrolet again for service on my vehicles

  They say it’s normal for a truck to burn half a quart of oil per 1000 miles. And they also recommend to get your oil changed every 10k miles. As per the sticker they put on your windshield after oil changes. So it’s normal to burn 5qts of oil before oil change? Obviously I’ve never have waited the 10k years o change the oil. I’ve always done it at 5k miles. And the truck was burning more than half a quart of oil. Right before 3k miles between oil changes. I would get an alert to add oil soon. Upon checking the oil dip stick. It was completely dry. Which means it was burning more than half a quart. But they said it was normal. And that owners are expected to add oil when necessary. Must be a new thing, cause I’ve owned many trucks. And never have had to. Pretty much their going to give you the runaround hoping your powertrain warranty runs out.

  When you take your vehicle in for service or maintenance, do not trust them. They recommend, all kinds service that I literally just did over the weekend. They sent me a video through text message showing a dirty air filter. When literally, I just replaced my differential oil and air filter, Saturday. They also rotated, My tires said it came with the oil change. Even though I didn't approve and I just had my tires rotated. No, I have to pay shop to put them back so I don't have uneven tires. Take your vehicle elsewhere they are scams
