  Its unfortunate I found a vehicle for my spouse . Went in there and purchased. Once we drove it we noticed there is a vibration issue. Its a 2023 Chevrolet suburban premier. Has 36k miles. We took it back. They've had it going on 3 weeks now. Now they are saying because of the afm something with it going from v8 to v4 its normal. How is it normal for a vehicle to vibrate. She was all excited but knowing its going to be an issue down the road you can keep it. Spoke to micheal the service advisor. They cant do nothing they say but everything on the internet says you can...smh. Im will to swap vehicle for something different definitely not a Chevrolet. You can reach out but again you all keep the vehicle. Id rather loose 1400 right now than invest on a future failure. I dont know why Chevrolet hasn't fixed this problem. Is there even a class action lawsuit going on? If not they should. The 2 star is after talking to service advisor and no one reaching out.

  I had a great experience at Clark Chevrolet. The salesmen were very knowledgeable and they helped me get a great deal. We are very happy with our new purchase.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. As a first time car buyer, I relied on the information provided by their staff. I was told I would have a rental vehicle available while my vehicle was being serviced. I was informed that the dealership only provides loaner vehicles for certain mechanical breakdowns and that no rental would be available in my situation. Because of this miscommunication, I am now left without transportation during a major move, creating unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Had I been given accurate information from the beginning, I would have kept rental coverage on my insurance policy. I understand policies are policies, but customers deserve clear and honest communication, especially when making important purchasing decisions. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling misled and disappointed.
