  Terrible place. Fun fact the supervisor loves to argue and threaten to hurt pregnant women. Edit Reply: yeah bro he definitely responded pretty well by telling my pregnant wife that he was going to give her a “verguiza.” And when the cops were involved. you guys told the officers that there were no cameras in the building so nothing could support her accusation for what your general manager had said. I have confirmation you guys lied to the officers about the cameras to protect your employee regarding his threat he had made. I was hoping yall would reply to my post just to know how far you’ll go to lie in public about a serious event that occurred. Be serious and take accountability for your employees actions.

  I recently brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was disappointed by the misleading information documented during my service inspection. My tires are brand new and were purchased only a couple of months ago. During the inspection, the report indicated that two of my tires were “bad” while the other two were listed as “good.” Naturally, I questioned the inspector about this because the tires are relatively new and clearly have significant tread remaining. He explained that he marked two tires as bad because he was recommending a tire rotation. However, he agreed that the tires appeared to be in excellent condition and had plenty of tread remaining. I then spoke with the service manager, Selena, to express my concern. My concern was not with the recommendation to rotate the tires, but rather with how the recommendation was documented. Indicating that two tires are “bad” can be very misleading. If I had not questioned the report, or if another customer were to see it without understanding the circumstances, they could reasonably assume that two of their tires were unsafe or needed to be replaced. I believe there should be a more accurate and transparent way to recommend a tire rotation without labeling two tires as “bad.” This is especially concerning for customers who may not have extensive knowledge about vehicle maintenance. An older customer, for example, may simply take the report at face value and believe they need to purchase two new tires when that is not actually the case. I appreciate that the report was corrected before I left, and the computer was updated to reflect that all four tires were in excellent condition. However, I felt it was important to provide this feedback because the wording used on the original inspection could easily be misunderstood and potentially cause unnecessary concern or expense for other customers. I hope the dealership will consider reviewing how tire rotation recommendations are documented so that customers receive accurate and clear information about the actual condition of their tires.

  Came here to buy but I guess they didn't feel like selling tonight. We thought we made a deal and NOPE. Just for them to run a credit check and say no to what we had already made terms with. My credit score was good by the way and they made it seemed like it wasnt even good. Yeah right. Never coming here again. Update: they only called me back because of this review. Bruhhh its been over a week. Thanks but no thanks. Have a great day!

  Si no quieren que los traten mal no compren aquí! Gente horrible trabajando aquí Lleve mi camioneta para un cambio de aceite y mantenimiento y ese mismo día me llaman que la chocaron ahí mismo en la agencia, dijeron que ellos la iban a reparar, un mes se tardaron Me llaman y me dicen que ya está lista mi camioneta y cuando llego el que está encargado de mi camioneta se fue a break aunque sabía que ya iba en camino, porque me dice que vaya si se va ir a break! Las personas que estaban ahí nisiquiera me podían dar explicaciones de lo que se supone que le arreglaron a mi camioneta, la mujer ahí Samantha es una racista que no quería hablar español y me dijo en inglés que no tenía porque hablarme en español, pregunté si había un supervisor y me dijeron que no, luego el supervisor que se supone que no estaba llamado Juan me empezó a ofender y me amenazó con golpearme, me corrio del lugar y llamó a la policía porque según él estaba haciendo escándalo cuando en ningún momento me pudieron dar explicaciones y tampoco me dieron las llaves de mi camioneta. Llegó la policía y dijo que no podían hacer nada porque el supervisor les dijo que no funcionaban las cámaras, y me puso orden de alejamiento, muy bien Nissan compré dos carros ahí y ahora no me puedo acercar, así de fácil se lavan las manos
