    Erick was extremely helpful in helping my husband and I find a car! Everyone was so friendly, and the process was so smooth! We bought a pre owned vehicle and are so happy with it! I highly recommend Bert Ogden Nissan!

    After my experience elsewhere, bringing my vehicle to Nissan was a completely different experience. From the very first day, the team began working on my vehicle instead of letting it sit. Although the repair itself took several days because the issue was difficult to diagnose, I was consistently kept informed throughout the process. A special thank you to Frank, who was outstanding. He kept me updated, explained what was happening every step of the way, answered my questions, and worked with my warranty company to help move everything along. His professionalism and communication made the entire experience much less stressful. I also want to recognize the ladies in the finance department, who were incredibly kind and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Something else that stood out was the teamwork. Everyone seemed willing to help each other, even outside of their own departments. I even saw sales staff assisting the service department to keep customers moving efficiently. That kind of teamwork doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you to everyone involved in getting my vehicle repaired. I truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and customer service I received.

    Drop off car they put in new battery. Frank called and I picked up the car. Everyone I spoke to were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Nissan!! This is my second car from Bert Ogden Nissan. Bought first new used it for 11 years took it to Indiana 3 times. And several other short trips. I always felt free to ask questions about my Nissan Sentra. Everyone at Nissan are helpful.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bert Ogden Nissan regarding the cancellation of my extended warranty. On April 8, I went to the dealership in person, completed and signed the cancellation paperwork, and was told that the documents would be submitted that same day. After waiting 11 weeks for the refund to be processed, I contacted the warranty company directly only to be informed that they never received any cancellation documents. Now I am having to spend additional time following up and resubmitting paperwork that I was led to believe had already been handled. Had I not contacted the warranty company myself, I have no idea how much longer I would have been waiting. The most frustrating part is the lack of communication and accountability. As a customer, I trusted the dealership to process the paperwork as promised. After 11 weeks with no progress, it raises serious concerns about how these requests are handled. I expect much better customer service and follow-through from a dealership representing a major automotive brand. I hope management looks into this matter so other customers do not experience the same issue.

    Contacted nissan after i got an oil change and had sonar sensor going off after picking up vehicle. Gentleman that answered was very quick to dismiss it was any of their wrong doing without even hearing any indormation. I requested to speak with manager, he said she will contact me later that day. As of this day 6-14-26 it has been over a week. Vehicle went in with zero issues and came out with constant alarm on sonar proximity sensor after oil change. P.S.... Still waiting to be contacted. Service was done 6-6-26. 2016 Nissan maxima went in for oil change. Contact me using that info. D.T.
