Horrible place to anywhere else but here. They scam you out of your deposit and money. Two months still don’t have my deposit back and then they charged me over $150 for tolls. Everytime you call for a manager they hang up it’s brutal not right and wrong on every way. Rose is the last person I spoke to and she was EXTREMLY short and rude basically saying what do I want her to do that they don’t have anything to do with enterprise and that it happens and that it’s not there problem at all. She said she sees the dates of me having the truck and the dates of the tolls are completely wrong but it would be up to me to dispute it that she wouldn’t have to time to do so. I said that’s not fair and I contracted through enterprise so there fore how would the toll company even know I had the truck u less you guys told them to charge me that they wouldn’t just pull me out of thin air with my card information and charge me. This happened in June and here we are today on the phone with the rudest employees trying to handle it on 9/08/2026. I’ve rented a ton on vehicles but never again will I from this place specifically.
